Complete Disappointment – This restaurant was a complete dissappointment to me and my husband. We were seated immediately, but it took about 10 minutes before our order was taken. The food took about 20 minutes to receive. However, we had to find our waitress, who was the only one for approximately 20 tables, to ask for more coffee. The food was below standards. The potatoes were dry, the bacon very greasy, and I asked for over medium eggs, but may have well asked for sunny side up! The yolks were burnt but the whites were raw. We didn't find our waitress at all for about 15 minutes, and by then the rest of my food was cold and I didn't want any other eggs. When we complained about the eggs, the waitress gave one of the most unacceptable excuses I had ever heard. She told us "when the cooks get busy they just sling food and she tried to watch the food orders but couldn't see them all". If I had a restaurant and wanted to serve quality food, I think i'd get cooks that don't "SLING" food, but rather cook to order and serve. Then when trying to pay for the meal, the cashier didn't know how to deal with our payment, so had to get the other waitress, who acted as if she was on meth, and I noticed that her fingernails were long and there was quite a lot of dirt under them! UCKKKKK!! Then to top it all off, my husband and I were both sick at our stomachs about an hour after the meal. IF YOU WANT A GOOD MEAL......DO NOT, AND I SAY AGAIN, DO NOT GO HERE TO EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst restaurant in Gresham – I'd like to start out by saying that I have never written a review before, but the horrible experience that I had at Biscuits Cafe warrents a complaint. Do not eat at the Gresham location. First off, we had been sitting at our table completely ignored for 10 minutes before we finally had to stop the server cleaning a near by table if someone could take our order. That's right, we had to request to be served! After asking if we could order the server put the dirty rag right in front of me, and it smelled TERRIBLE! I lost my appetit right then. Eager to try the menu I ordered anyway. I had ordered two eggs over easy with dry toast and a bowl of fruit. My son ordered pancakes. After waiting 35 minutes I noticed that there were plates sitting under the warmers, and had observed three different servers (not the one who had taken our order) look at the plates, but not deliver them to our table. Being that there were only two tables of people in the entire restaurant, and the other table already had their food, I had to assume that it was out food. Finally after we waited for 43 minutes I noticed our "server" walk in from outside, cell phone in hand with her jacket on. She walked back into the kitchen and emerged without her coat. She walked over to the hostess stand and stood there looking like she had nothing more interesting to do. Finally, I got up and walked over to the hostess stand and asked to speak to the manager. That was when I was informed no manager was on duty, and was told the head server would come over to our table. Still waiting for our food and now the head waitress I was about ready to walk out. Just as we got our coats on the head server finally came over. I told her of the horrible experience we had and that we were no longer interested in eating the food that was now sitting under the warmer for more than 20 minutes. She insisted that we not leave, allow her to serve us, and reorder anything on the menu that we wanted, free of charge. For a free meal it wasn't bad, but the pancakes were dry, and even with syrup my son wouldn't eat them. The fruit I had ordered tasted much like the dirty dish towel smelled that the original server had placed on our table. My eggs were overcooked, and my dry toast ended up with butter spead as think as cake frosting. Overall I was so disappointed that I tell all my friends NOT to eat there, and now I tell all you readers who read this. I don't know how the service and food are at the other Biscuit Cafe locations, but save yourself some time and money and eat at Elmer's or even Shari's if your desperate.
