With coffee shops so ubiquitous that they sell Starbucks at the Harris Teeter, tea shops offer caffeine aficionados a chance to pour something different into their commuter mugs. Of course, they can't have tea without a cookie or muffin--and there are plenty of fresh, tasty ones to choose from behind the glass here. Particularly tempting is the tea cake muffin, which is just sweet enough to please without being cloying.
