Went in.... I went in once to have a power antenna installed. I was quoted a certain price for labor and was later charged half of the labor cost on taxes alone; that's after being given a "final price." The antenna soon stopped working after the installation was done and was installed c r o o k e d. I can't list any pros as really there's nothing that makes this shop special or unique. BTW, the rap music they have playing in the shop is annoying.

I had no problems. I took a car and a truck in recently and got good purchase and installation deals on both.

I installed a new Sony head unit on the truck and an Alpine CDE 102 head unit on the car with new front and rear speakers.

They've been in business for awhile they must be doing something right.

Extremely Shady.... Looks like they are still shady as can be.

I brought my car in because my alpine head unit was not powering up... I asked them if there was any way they could fix it. They said no, and I ended up buy a new head unit from them...

Low and behold I go back to Harbor Sound and see my used head unit on the shelf for sale a few months later!

Yes- I verified that it was mine. I do not like writing negative comments about small companies but these guys went to far...

My advice- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

This establishment is a joke.. Bought an Alpine car stereo component and installation from OC Harbor Sound. They were to install the component under the seat of my truck and run the wires to my dash. They 3M spray mounted the component to the floor board carpet and ran the wire. I didn't fully inspect the install before I left, so I was not able to confront anyone at OC Harbor Sound.

I did however look closer when I got home; when I needed to clean off the 3m spray mount and reinstalled the item myself. I called and wrote Harbor Sound; no response. I wrote Alpine; a confirmation letter followed, but nothing else, and I wrote the Better B Bureau; also a confirmation letter, and a" thank you for the info", but noting else was done. I would not recommend anyone using this company for their car stereo needs.

CARELESS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HARBOR SOUND I WENT THERE TO HAVE A SUB WOOFER REPLACED AND WHEN MY CAR WAS INSIDE ONE OF THE OWNERS WAS PAINTING SOMETHINGS FOR HIS TRUCK INSIDE WHERE MY CAR WAS GETTING WORKED ON I SAID TO HIM WHAT ABOUT THE OVER SPRAY ON THE CARS IN HERE HE LOOK OVER AND POINTED TO A BMW THAT WAS INSIDE ALSO HE SAID YOU THINK I WOULD PAINT INSIDE IF THE OVER SPRAY WOULD GET ON THAT CAR. ANYWAY I GOT OVER SPRAY ALL OVER MY CAR AND STILL TRYING TO REMOVE THE OVER SPRAY. SO REMEMBER WATCH YOUR CAR. YES THIS IS TRUE. GREGG.
