I bought a 2009 traverce on 1-31-14 from granger in orange tx. On the way home the check engine light came on. I took it back to granger in Orange they told me to bring it back the next day which I did. They turned off the light and said it was fixed. On the way home it came on again so I brought it back. The next day I got it back they said it was fixed. About three weeks later we went back to minnesota. When we got home check engine light was on again. We were told we had a three month or 3000 mile full warenty which is a main reason we traded. We had put on 1842 miles when we got home. We took it to Thiebert Chevrolet to get checked they told us the left side cataletic converter was bad. This does not go bad in 1842 miles. Our warrenty is no good. Granger will do nothing. Is this because we are seniors and out of state. We would never buy from Granger again.

Best buying experience I have ever had – My husband and I recently purchased a Chevy truck from Granger Chevrolet. My past experience with buying vehicles at other local dealerships in this area has not been the greatest experience I am thankful for all the staff at granger Chevrolet they were all so helpful I would definitly recommend granger Chevrolet for all of your vehicle needs

Best car buying experience – I have never in my life worked with a better crew of people than I have at Granger.... They made my experience awesome. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The owners even came up and greeteD me. I mean where else can you go and tHe owners walk up and shake your hand personally? I can now rest easY and not have to dread buying a vehicle because I know the best place to go!!!

Great experience for Service – I recently brought my truck in for service at Granger Chevrolet. I had gotten a letter from Chevy about a minor recall item and plus I needed an oil change. When I pulled up, one of the service people was quick to greet me and offer to help me out. He gave me an estimate time for everything and I proceeded to wait. Anytime I was within earshot of an employee, they seemed to go out of their way to say hello and make sure I felt welcome. At one point the service person that had helped me came to notify me that it would take a few minutes longer than he originally had told me. It only ended up being ten more minutes. Most places don't bother to update you and wait for you to complain about why it's taken so much longer than they told you before they give you the truth. This place was honest and was up front with me. Imagine that. They got the work done, treated me with honesty and were friendly as could be. You can bet I'll be coming back if I need anything done to my truck again. Thanks Granger!

Best Dealership in Orange, TX – As a woman it's hard to buy a vehicle without salespeople wanting my husband to be present. I decided to purchase my Suburban form Granger Chevrolet because they treated me with the utmost respect. Great salesman! I wanted to do a lot of research before buying a car instead of the first available option. I spoke to Jeff first and drove a couple of cars. Over the next week and a half, I visited most of the dealerships in the NE side of town. I had such a bad experience with your "typical" car salesman. Jeff was never that person. He is very patient and willing to let you look as much as possible. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, extremely helpful person, Jeff is the guy to see. Thanks!

Me to thank the staff at grander Chevrolet for your exceptional customer service when we bought our new 2012 Tahoe! Jeff T was amazing. The sales manager Kevin worked so hard to get the Payment that made us comfortable. Also I want to thank Joe for making the paperwork go by so quickly since my kids were being horrible. Deceptive and Dishonest sales practices – Granger Chevrolet staff demonstrated a low quality of service, used unfair and deceptive practices, pressure and coercion, and stalling techniques.

On 11-8-11 I arrived to purchase a new "IN-STOCK" 2011 Tahoe, only to be told that the specific vehicle had "just been sold" to another dealership. The salesman Jeff Thibodeaux said that he located a similar vehicle and would proceed with a dealer trade in order to procure it. I was pressured into paying a $500 deposit to secure that vehicle; Mr. Thibodeaux explained to me that the $500 was completely refundable. Once that vehicle arrived at Granger Chevrolet, I went in to test drive. After I questioned the rebates and price of this vehicle, Mr. Thibodeaux called in the GSM Kevin Speight. Mr. Speight proceeded to argue with me, saying that the $500 was non-refundable. In a very coercive and aggressive manner Mr. Speight claimed that several "fees" were incurred for procuring the vehicle. However, I had been told previously it was a "straight-swap" and no additional fees were ever mentioned. Mr. Speight refused to refund my deposit. On 11-21-11 I arrived at 1:00pm and was forced to wait over 2 hours before the F&I manager Mr. Isebell would meet with me. While waiting I explicitly told Mr. Thibodeaux that I did not want the optional VIN etching (Universal Security Guard). He acknowledged and assured me it would be omitted from the final purchase agreement. Forty minutes later, I observed Mr. Thibodeaux attaching the VIN etching decals to the vehicle. I immediately confronted him and stated again "I do not want the VIN etching," to which he smiled and replied "Don't worry about it." Even after I stopped him, Mr. Thibodeaux continued to place the remaining VIN etching decals on the vehicle. When I finally met with the F&I Manager Mr. Isebell to close the deal, I explained to Mr. Isebell what had happened. Again, I stated that we decline the VIN etching option. Mr. Isebell insisted that the $299 VIN etching was non-negotiable and automatically included in the price of all vehicles. I pointed out that it was an added option and I witnessed Mr. Thibodeaux attaching the decals. However, Mr. Isebell refused to remove the fee. Mr. Isebell then proceeded to coerce me, stating that in order to qualify for the best loan terms and lowest interest rate I would be required to purchase add-ons such as Vehicle Service Contract and GAP coverage. Mr. Isebell explained that if I declined the additional products, the interest rate would increase. Mr. Isebell's claim that the customer's interest rate is somehow contingent upon the purchase of dealer add-ons is a lie. This deceptive practice is dishonest, unethical, and unacceptable. Mr. Thibodeaux admitted that no pre-delivery inspection had been performed on the vehicle. No customer walk-around or vehicle orientation was offered upon completion of the sale. In Addition, the On-Star welcome presentation was never conducted. A formal complaint has been filed with GM. However, Mr. Granger's refusal to acknowledge his staff's misrepresentation and deception is shameful. Granger Chevrolet took advantage of us and then refused to address our concerns.

Great Chevy Dealership – We bought a Chevy Cruze from Granger Chevrolet and the service was exceptional. The whole process took about 45 minutes. I definitely reommend Granger Chevrolet.
