Unfair work conditions. I know someone working at this company and they told me they thought it was unfair that they had to listen to spanish music for 8 hours of the day, everyday.. and thought other types of music should also be played during the day... If a company can not provide a enjoyable workplace for EVERYONE employed, maybe they should not play music.
