Poor Customer Service. Rude customer service and not just an isolated incident. Customer service needs improvement all the way around. Customer is always right. Prints not properly cropped. When I look at my digital photos on the screen and then see the print, cropping is always in the wrong place - sometimes with the top of the head cut off.
