wow...worst experience – massage was ok..but i did hair perm..and i got hair breakage and dandroff now. he chopped off my tangled hair because he said "i gotta cut this hair anyway"..he did entirely worst hair i wanted..when i said i didn't like this hair,,he said,"now you don't want to pay??" i don't mind pay extra for hair..and they called me one week later about services i got..i told them "horrable , and i don't want to go there again" they got embarrased and they told me that they let thier general manager called me.. about two weeks later, she called me and told me" i feel bad for your disatisfaction, but you did hair done about one month ago, so we can't do anything for you but i want you to come back......i didn't want to deal with it at the first time. they are the one who want to call me back ......i have to wait 4 years to have my hair length and health..i got dandroff because i think they use cheap product...

Wonderful Waxing – I had a brazilian wax with Tracy. She was great, made me feel relaxed (as relaxed as one can be whilst being waxed in that area!) and was very friendly. Tracy did a great job, was very thorough and has definitely turned me into a repeat customer. I have lived in some very metropolitan places and this was probably the best wax and experience that I have had in any salon or spa. However, the service was a bit expensive. But, I suppose you get what you pay for and I would much rather pay more for a positive experience! Goodness knows that I have had some very terrible waxing experiences at much cheaper places! Yuck!

Not what it use to be – Had a gift certificate that I got for Christmas and was very disappointed with the entire experience. First the massage table was very unconfortable to put it mildly and then the therapist used pure oil which was horrible to me. I felt like I had a can of Crisco poured over my body. The next service was a manicure which was average at best. The equipment was p;d and lots of small talk in the room. Would not go again.

Best Salon & Spa – The best place to go and get your hair and face treated. Everytime I have went to get my hair colored or styled I was never unhappy. I loved the hair stylist Kelly. She was always very nice, sweet and knew how to cut hair. Always knowledgable about new styles and colors. A great stylist.

I would get microdermabrasion at the Perdue location and there you would get a massage and facial to boot. For $100 for a 1 hour treatment that is very cheap. I now live out of state and for a microdermabrasion here, it is 20 minutes for the same price with an attitude. I was always treated very nice at Renaissance Spa and I miss getting great service for a great price.

Day spa – I wish as much effort was put into making clients feel welcome as is with the decor. It is lovely but clients want to feel comfortable and welcome and after several attempts to have facials, massage I have decided it isn't going to happen. The staff is so snobby that they clearly have forgotten that it s suppose to be about the CLIENT not them!! Very expensive.

Best Spa or Salon!!!!!! – I discovered this place after moving here from a metropolitan area! have had my hair done and received spa services at spas all over the world and this place ranks with the best! Totally and COMPLETELY amazed to find it in a town i thought didn't offer much! One of the BEST facials I have ever received and they have colorists that hail from all over that have incredible experience. It took a lot to not keep flying home each month to get my hair done but they changed my mind! Anyone here is excellent, the service is impecable and the front desk and whoever booked my appointment EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. Honestly have no desire to try anywhere else as they filled all my needs on my first visit and were completely unexpected in a town I had low expectations for. Marie is FABULOUS at color and Leslie and Sara are fabulous at facials and waxings.

Loud, snotty receptionists, mediocre massages therapists – I have tried this place four times. Several visits were preceded with judgemental and arrogant receptionists. The first two visits were for what I would consider average facials. The second two visits were for massages and I could not even attempt to relax prior to my massage because someone wanted to give me a free makeover and sell me their products the minute I sat down. The waiting area is poory planned, very small and overcrowded each time I was there. People literally had to edge their way between furniture/people. There is very poor noise discipline. Employees speak at their normal tones of voice whether they are walking down a hallway, giving a service or speaking with a customer in the waiting area. Very Unrelaxing! I found the noise while I was receiving a massage very unnerving. But standards are lower in Fayetteville, I guess. Back to Cary for me!
