I had a great experience and massage from this spa. Very soothing and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

These jokers rescheduled my appointment .When I arrived they told me I had missed my appointment and charged my gift card .

No one up to date including the owner or the corporate office has called me to discuss this in the last week . Just assumed that I am in the wrong .

The Best Overall price and profession! – I've been a member for 2years or longer now! I've been to many areas and let me say that for the price and the wonderful staff/employees you can't beat the price!!! Great Massage in lovely atmosphere – I've gotten massages in several places over the years and have seldom found a therapist as good and informed as Chris at Massage Heights in Stonecrest! He was terrific! In addition, since massage is about the ambience as well as the treatment, I have to praise this facility. They have a mediation room to wait in and the rooms are well appointed and soothing. Altogether, such a great experience I joined!

Great Massage – Love the soothing atmosphere. The massages are very relaxing and good for tight muscles.

Ready for relaxation? – I had my very first stone massage at Massage Heights Stonecrest and it was A-M-A-ZING! I was nervous at first because I thought I was going to walk out with burn marks shaped in stones on my back. Silly me..it felt sooo good and the staff is very friendly. Massage Heights Stonecrest – After trying out Massage Heights for their introductory rate, I just had to come back for more visits. I had tried other introductory offers at other places, but Massage Heights at Stonecrest has the best atmosphere and therapists I've seen. So, I joined their monthly program and I don't know how I ever did it without getting a monthly massage! My body feels more comfortable and mind mind more at ease. I have tried many therapists at this location and they have all been wonderful. Lately, I have been seeing Chris though. He is friendly, professional and listens to what his client's want (ie: deep pressure, concentration on my neck and back only or sometimes my jaw and head when I need it). He caters your time to whatever YOU want from it. I will always try to book my appointments with him, but if not, I can rest assured that I will still get a good massage with any of the therapists at this location.

Great Massage Experience – I went to Massage Heights for their first time visit special back in August. It was such a great experience, I signed up for a membership and have gone atleast once a month since. I love that members get discounted additional massages each month.

I attend the Stonecrest location and while Briana is my favorite, all the therapists are great. I love the added touch of the aromatheraphy. This is a great place to get both value and still have many of the options of a resort spa through their elevations program.

No other place I rather be... – I have been a member with Massage Heights for almost a year and will be renewing my membership soon. They say that you get one chance to make a lasting impression, and they sure did! I am hooked! I have been seeing Christina since I started here and would not give her up for anyone. I have had other therapist there and have been happy with them also. I started out at Cotswald and I absolutely love the staff there! I have never felt so welcomed at any place ever. Christina moved over to Stonecrest location and sure enough I followed her there and I love this location also. Sure this is a franchise, but it does not feel like one. It is a different feel than walking into another place that is suppose to be a "franchise". Massage Heights is actually set up like a spa type of place. The quiet room is awesome, the light in there is dimmed and gets you relaxed before your session even starts. They offer you the aromatherapy of your choice, the therapists are awesome, the staff in the front office are very welcoming, and I would not go anywhere else. If you give it a try, you will not regret this experience. This is what I look forward to every single month. I was very skeptical at first about signing a year contract, but I am so glad I did. I used to think it was more of a leisure thing but I have come to find out that it was more of a health thing and with just once a month, I feel a little more alive and am able to function a little better. Sign a contract for a year and you will discover that this was something that you needed and will be happy you did. I know that if I had never signed, I would not have gone every month or may not have ever gone back. And I would never have known just how much I needed it.

Make Your Day Special! – A massage at Stonecrest Massage Heights is an experience of sheer luxury for an hour! From the minute you walk in the front desk has a gracious welcome and you become relaxed.

My therapist, Angela G. is "Amazing"! Her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and skills as a therapist are outstanding. After my first massage with her I knew I had made the right decision to sign up for the monthly program. The "hot stones" are so relaxing along with the aromotherapy and I never want the time to end. Angela knows her craft and has shared her knowledge with me in many ways. I have an appointment tomorrow and would not miss it for anything. Hats off to Angela and the super team at Stonecrest!

This place is amazing – I was taken back when I first walked in the door of Massage Heights. The front lobby is absolutely gorgeous and the people behind the front desk are so friendly. The products that they have are great for my sensitive skin. I'm in love with the ylang ylang lotion. I have also splurged and bought myself a pair of linens( the same ones they have on all their massage tables) and I have been thrilled and actually sleeping a lot better.

I have been with Massage Heights for a while now and I have never found a therapist that I didn't enjoy. They are all very skilled and good at what they do. You can definitely tell that the main focus of the therapists is getting you feeling relaxed and fixing any issues that you have.

Massage has saved me from having surgery, boosted my immune system, and it has helped take my aches and pains away. Massage is amazing for the body and Massage Heights is the place to go! Please try it out, I promise you won't regret it!

Massage Heights has great therapists that take a professional approach to making you feel great.

The linens are soft, and the elevations are the icing on the cake.

The value is incredible. As a member, I receive a free aromotherapy each month.

I have been to several spas in the South Charlotte area, and none compare to Massage Heights.

Excellent Massage !!! – I was very impressed with Massage Heights from the beginning. Clean and comfortable is the best description of the environment, and the staff is very friendly. They make everything easy! Linens very soft and heated tables always a plus. But it is the best massage in town that will keep you coming back. In eight years of getting massage, the only time I have found a place this good, I was out of the country! Highly, highly recommend!

Best Massage Ever!! – I have been a Massage Heights member for almost a year now and this is best . I have been to several other spas in Charlotte and none compares to Massage Heights at Stonecrest. The atmosphere is so calming and serene. My therapist is Emma and she is wonderful and very professional. I love the hot stone massages and the warm towels. The massage tables are heated and the linens are so soft. Every massage therapist i've tried (and i've tried at least 5 different ones) have ALLl been amazing!!! I suffered from TMJ and major migraines and have noticed a huge difference since I started getting massages. I have tried many different places in Charlotte and this is by far the best!! Love Massage Heights Stonecrest! – I was never a "regular" when it came to getting massages. However, I decided to try out Massage Heights a few months ago because of some major back pain I was having. One of the therapist there, Christina, was amazing. She knew exactly where I needed the work done, and was able to loosen up some pretty bad knots in my back. Last week I took my son over to Massage Heights in hopes that he could get some relief from an injury that occured during gymnastics. We went and saw a chiropractor and an orthopedic doc. Neither of them knew exactly what was going on so we decided to give a massage a shot. Josh is wonderful!! He is so knowledgable and knew exactly what pressure points needed to be worked on. My son still has a bit of a road ahead of him, but I feel confident that Josh will get him feeling better soon.

Best Massage Spa I've Located in South Charlotte – I've had a few massages at Massage Heights and they have all been excellent. All of the massage therapists really know their stuff. I've had many massages in my life and when I moved here from Chicago I looked to find a place I could go regularly. After trying a number of day spas I was so disappointed at the quality of massage out there. Then a friend recommended I try these folks and now I am a regular. I've seen a couple of different people here and each has their own style but every time they get to what I really need. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality massage.

Massage Heights Stonecrest knows what they are doing – I recently had a hot stone massage by Angela at Massage Heights and it was heavenly. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene without being stuffy, and you immediately feel able to relax. She did a great job of understanding my trouble spots and her massage actually made my head feel as though it was floating above my neck afterward, the tension was completely gone! I'd highly recommend Angela and Massage Heights for massage.

This has been my 3rd visit with Massage Therapist David and I will keep on coming back. His professionalism and calm spirit helps my mind be at ease and escape from all worries and stress. I like the fact that he is willing to listen and cater to what, where and how you would like your massage to be focused on. His body work is fantastic.

It is definitely the Utopia of all massages....I love the stretching, the hot stones, hot towels and " peppermint foot scrubs !! " The massage overall was breath-taking and I didn't want it to end even after 2 hours....I felt like I melted on his massage table. It took me almost another half an hour to come back to reality and get ready to leave.

Awesome Experience – My fiance and I have tried many massage places around the South Charlotte area, but none come close to the quality that Massage Heights in Stonecrest provides. We first went for a couples massage about 2 months ago, which was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was so polite and the massages were great. We felt very comfortable there and had an overall very pleasant experience, which wasn't the case at most of the other places. Needless to say we had such an enjoyable time at Massage Heights that I have signed up for a membership, and have had an increadible experience every time I have gone. I would highly recommend Massage Heights in Stonecrest to anyone.

I have been a client with Massage Heights for over a year and I love it!! The staff is wonderful and they make me feel so comfortable. I get a 50 minute massage once a month usually with a lavender aromatherapy. I highly recommend Massage Heights Stonecrest.

Totally Recommend Massage Heights Meyers Park – I received my massage from Theresa and she was absolutely amazing! Very understanding of my needs and really focused on my problem areas. I felt extremely relaxed, comfortable, and confident that I was in good hands. I am definitely going back to her. She did great body work on me and I feel 10 times better! What a massage!

HEALING MASSAGE! – My fibromyalgia sometimes seems to rule my life. Massage Heights has delivered me from the constraints of this debilitating illness. I go 2 to 3 times a month and usually work with Josh. I have received massages from 2 other masseuse and they all seem to be qualified and know what they are doing. Deep tissue is best for me, sometimes I get neuromuscular.

Their location is very quiet and relaxing. Pricing is great. I pay for my massage out of my company flex spending account which makes it even less expensive.

If you have any kind of body pain, I highly recommend them.

I'm Addicted to Massage Heights!! – Wish I could go every day! Total Bliss! Angela and Josh have provided me with my massages. Hot stones are fantastic. Wish this day spa was a little closer to home, but I feel the 15 minute drive is worth it.

Massage Heights makes it all about me! – Whenever you walk into Massage Heights, you're walking into a world of relaxation right from the start. Entering their lobby you're greeted with calming atmosphere, and a pleasant and helpful staff. With each step you take you find yourself leaving the stresses of the day behind. I love coming to Massage Heights for this very reason.

This was my 3rd massage that I've received from them and each experience has been wonderfully different. I previously came in for a 60-minute and 90-minute massage, but this time I scheduled hot stones also. I was concerned that this might be rushed because of adding stones, but my therapist said the warmth of the stones would let him get into the tissue quicker and would allow a deeper massage. He was so right!

He was very attentive and thorough in his initial evaluation and made me feel like I would be in good hands. I liked the way he got right to the problem areas. I could tell that he put a lot of energy into the areas that were of greater concern and appreciated that. Although I easily could have gone for another hour with his healing hands, I was very grateful for how positive the experience was, and as always, promise myself to incorporate more massage into my life. Best Massage in Charlotte – From the minute I walked in to Massage Heights in Stonecrest for my first appointment, I felt very welcomed. The desk staff are very friendly and accomodating. The interior is nicely decorated and the color palette is soothing/calming. I had an hour swedish massage scheduled with David. What a great masseur!! With each massage you can add aromatherapy to your oils. I love the "relax" journey, which is a lavendar scent. What I love best about Massage Heights are the convenient hours. They are open 7 days a week....yes, 7!! A 5-star spa experience at a 3-star price. I will definitely go back to Massage Heights.

A Relaxing Experience – I went to Massage Heights Stonecrest the first time as a birthday present to myself and then gave it as a gift to a friend. After two experiences with the spa I decided to join. The environment is luxurious with the soft linens. I have had four different masseuse and they all have been very good. Massage Heights = Best Massage Charlotte!! – Tuesday was so stressful with the all the rain and my deadline for the financial analysis project. So... my wife said she could handle the kids and I should stop by Massage Heights for an hour on the way home from work.

Paradise Indeed!! Christina was my massage therapist and she recommended deep tissue for me! Best massage I have ever received!!!! Better than any day spa or resort massage that I have ever gotten.

And what about that stress..... Massage Heights gave me total stress relief!! I will be going back regularly.

Pure bliss! – I've been going to Massage heights since the beginning of the year. I bought a 6 month package just to "try it out", and, don't have any plans on canceling my membership. I love being able to look forward to a massage, or two, each month. The atmosphere is very friendly, not stuffy or over the top. The facility is very clean and relaxing. I never feel any pressure to add "elevations" or have never felt that my therapist has anything other than my interest in mind. That is really important to me. I see Josh, and, he is fantastic!!!

Don't Take My Word For It--Try Yourself – I've been a member of Massage Heights Stonecrest for about 6 months now. I tried a few of the other massage services in town before settling on Massage Heights and I have been extremely pleased.

From the way the staff answers the phone...every time, to the way you are greeted and the way you are treated on your way out, this place is first class. Although in a strip mall, when you walk in you feel like you are in an oasis and luxury resort spa. The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing as is the reception area.

I've had several massage therapists and each has been outstanding. The massage treatments are relaxing and therapeutic. There is no better place for a massage at any price!

Glad I Changed! – Like many others, I've been many places for massage therapy and have found Massage Heights to be my favorite. The professional staff make appointments easy, welcome you, and have great knowledge of services.

Great Massage for a great price – I have been getting massages for years and have gone to high end spa's as well as smaller shops. I find that spa's typically overcharge for the "experience" of being at a spa. At the Stonecrest Massage heights, you not only get a very relaxed atmosphere, but you truly get a great massage. I have had 5 different therapists here and all of them did a great job. Thats saying a lot as I expect deep tissue massage, not just a plain swedish massage that puts you to sleep.

I would highly recommend coming here for anything from relaxing to therapy for an injury.

Great Hot Stone for a great price – I’m basically a rookie when it comes to massage therapy, but recently I’ve visited 2 different massage studios in the Charlotte area and MH well exceeded expectations and the competition. When walking in I definitely had the feeling of high end atmosphere. I opted for the 1 hour hot stone thanks to the recommendation by the receptionist (who was really friendly).

The rooms were nicely decorated and the high quality of the bed and sheets were noticeable….the bed padding felt like a Tempur-pedic. After a quick chat with my therapist Ashley, I started with the lavender aromatherapy. She did a great job of giving me recommendations as she went and also helped take extra time on my problem areas. The room was also really dark and quiet, which helped me relax and enjoy everything. She also squeezed as much massaging out of the 60 minutes….much appreciated.

I didn’t really appreciate the quality of the therapist and location until I had my second massage with a another charlotte studio. Even if the price was higher here, I would still recommend MH for the quality and friendly knowledgeable staff.

What a nice surprise – My first visit here was a gift to me....(remember this when wracking your brains for a wonderful gift for someone) Everyone on staff was helpful and knowledgeable.The relaxing decor was great, and the massage was wonderful. Loved the ultra smooth sheets, aroma therapy , soothing music...attention to detail really makes a difference.

I am definitely going back for more....becoming a member would make it even more worth the money!

Charlotte's Best Value for an Upscale Massage – I really look forward to going to this place! I am a now member of Massage Heights but, before making my decision I visited alot of other places in Charlotte. Sorry... am a hard sell. I couldn't find any other place that offered all I was getting for the price.

They have lots of experienced therapists that I can try for different types of massage at no extra charge. They also, offered a lower price to join the program. The only thing I paid extra for was add on services which are really nice, depending on what my needs are when I go in. I really like the hot stones because they are used during the massage, not laid on my back. I also like the foot scrubs because I am a runner and it is a very good service for me because they spend extra time and attention on my feet, stretching and massaging them.

I am also very funny about what products are being put on my body and they use high quality products on me that are not greasy, not to mention the luxury linens they use that make you melt as soon as you make contact with them... a very upscale feel.

In my opinion this place is worth visiting.
