The worst place ever. Upper management is very rude and irresponsible. After I sign the vehicle and all the paper work was done talk too four different managers and left with the car, they decide to call me up the next and tell me to bring them the vehicle because they miscalculated the numbers. They are liars and full of shit.They try to get you to pay more then what the vehicle is worth. We had to give in the vehicle because they wouldn't want to help us out or give us another car. So towards the end they were talking a lot of shyt and laughing at us. Very disrespectful I wouldn't suggest anybody to go there so they have to go through the same garbage we went through.
399 for brake service? the idea is to save money no to over pay !!

Let me start out by saying that I read very bad reviews about this dealer and was very hesitant to proceed with buying my new car from here. But my sales consultant Mike assured me that everything would be fine. I am from Long Island and was buying the car there in NJ because I was guaranteed financing approval. I custom ordered a 2012 Ford Focus and the entire process took about 2 months. And the whole two months I was still very nervous about how the deal would work out. Well, yesterday was the day I picked up my car and I hafta say, it was definitely one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences ever. Definitely the opposite of how I thought it was going to go and how I read it wasfor some people. The car was there waiting for me. The paperwork and financing was already done. There was no problems (like many ppl have posted) between what the sales guy said, and the finance guy said. Unless this is too good to be true, i did not have one problem. I do have to say the the double your downpayment $5000 towards a new car (which I didnt use because I had discount pricing thru my husbands job)is a gimmick to get you in, and kind of misleading. But if you go in there having done your research and knowing what cars cost in the real world you shouldnt have a problem. I would recommend Loman Ford.
I've been interested in buying a new car and checking out my options. Kathy from Loman Kia and Ford called me and answered any questions I had. She was very professional and was a delight to speak to. As a young female looking to buy a new car I was not getting taken seriously at other dealerships. Kathy was very nice and set me up with a salesman who she knew would take care of me.
This service was excellent Chris was very helpful and friendly. i recommend Chris and this company to everyone, plus the price was unbeatable. and in the end i received the perfect car. thank you so much for the amazing service. god bless
I came into service last friday to get an oil change done. As my vehicle was being checked out Anthony came to me with some interesting findings on the vehicle. He let me kno every little thing the vehicle needed and explain it to me very clearly. I was pretty happy until I see the price it was gonna cost. Anthony even went out of his way to give me a discount. I got all the work done on the vehicle was happy with the price and the way i was treated. My Vehicle was in and out of the shop felt like I've been a customer here for a long time. I will be coming back for further repairs and I would recommend this dealer to other Kia owners.
Phil Drayton was my car salesman and he was extremely helpful from the time we walked into the dealership. Despite our not so great credit he worked with us and advised us on what would be best for our financial situation. I didn't feel as if he was just trying to sell me on any car, he listened to our needs and found the perfect car for us. I would really say he went the extra mile, he took us step by step through the process. I came in thinking that buying a car would be a stressful experience, it was actually quite the opposite. I left completely satisfied. I love my car, and Phil was the cherry on top of the whole experience.
I had great experience with Loman. I spoke with Kelly internet rep on the phone. She was very helpful and polite. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. I went to the dealership and sat with Charlie the manager and purchased my Kia Optima which I love. Just want to recommend this dealership and thank them for there hospitality
