Paint and body work ok. When it comes to business, this company is shady, sheisty and fraudulent. The cost to get my car fixed was $901. I paid $400 towards that balance which I owed $501. I lost my job and money was tight so I explained to Chad I would make payment to get car out. Chad said he would grant me until end of January but instead, Chad called lien holder on Jan 3, 2013 and told them I abandoned my car. Lien holder picked up the car and paid TOT $1000 to pick up my car. Chad never told lien holder I only owed $501. Lien holder picked up my car on Jan 11, 2013. TRIKIN OUT TRUCKS NEVER CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW MY CAR WAS NO LONGER THERE. When we spoke to Chad, he stated he just was busy and forgot to call us. When asked for receipt of payment lien holder paid, Chad lied and stated he didn't have it. Chad stated lien holder paid $501 for my car but we later found out lien holder paid Trikin Out Trucks $1000. Now my car is in possession of pound with a $2500 balance to release hold. They only granting me 3-days to pay of my car is sold at auction. Chad is such a snake in the grass and a bitch-ass liar.

Your response is a lie. The manager of the bank informed me that TOT did indeed call to have the car picked up stating we abandoned the car and they paid more than what your stating to release the vehicle. And stating u didn"t know who lien holder was is BS, u searched vin# and all y paper work was in car. we spoke to Chad and told him we would get our car by end of January and would have paid storage fees if they applied. Yea, my car was their longer than usual but that was only because I lost my job and we explained all that to Chad. If he would have just been up front and honest stating he needed the car gone on Jan 11, he should have just said that instead of saying he would give us until end of January. If chad wasn't the man in charge to give until end of January, he should have said that. A phone call would have been courteous to even let me know my car was picked up and as far as the language, i MEANT every word.

Update 3/4/13,

the type of people!!!! It was my type of people that you took advantage of but it's all good. You win, I lost......you got exactly what you wanted plus more. You received a total of $2900 on a $901 job, if this is how you use people to get your money, it speaks alot about the integrity of the company. U have a blessed day as well

IN RESPONSE TO THE REVIEW BELOW: – In response to Lynn T. aka Mr. & Mrs. Freeman. Chad is the owner of the company so what he says goes. Chad gave you until the end of December so that we could close out our 2012 books. I'm sorry you lost your job but this is not our fault. We gave you PLENTY of time to come get your vehicle. WE help out lots of people at our shop and every once in awhile we get someone as yourself and the other negative comments on here that have there hand out wanting more! We will continue to help out people because that is the right thing to do whether it comes with negative comments or not. Again, nice language towards Chad that just shows the type of people you are! Hope you have a VERY BLESSED DAY :-)

I also have had a great experience with Trikin Out Trucks. I had a lift on my truck that 4 wheel parts put on a couple years ago. I didn't like the ride so I went back to 4 wheel parts to have them take it off. They quoted me an ungodly amount of money to have it taken off. A friend of mine told me to go to Trikin Out Trucks so I did. They quoted me a great price to take off the kit and put my truck back to factory. My truck rides smooth again and I was more than happy with the work they did for me.

COMPETENT MECHANICS ~ FAIR PRICES! Excellent shop that does all you could need for any vehicle. Seriously, take it here if you want to pay the right price and need dependable mechanical work. Wish I had found them years ago, would have saved me thousands and thousands in vehicle repair. These folks are community minded, family friendly, and will do you and your vehicle right! They just do a job, and do it right, and charge a reasonable price. All of my vehicles will go here in the future.

Top Notch Customer Service – We have been using this company for all of our car repairs, oil changes, etc. for several years, We have referred several of our friends and family to them as well. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy and are always willing to work you into their busy schedule. Although no company is free from issues, I have yet to experience anything but a positive outcome.

RUN AWAY – We bought this car with a salvage title. It was in a front end collision on the passenger’s side that cut the wiring harness causing the insurance company to total the car. The fender on that side was damaged, but the frame was fine. The car had been checked by Honda and the Highway Patrol and given a clean bill of health after the repairs were made. In May 2011, while in Texas, my car was hit by a speeding driver the removing the entire front end. The car was taken to Trikin’Out’Trucks for repairs by the tow truck driver. When I got home to California, my husband noticed many problems and called the insurance company. The bottom line is that the car was not repaired properly and as a result, the insurance company deemed the car a total loss. Keep in mind, the car was deemed a total loss from the improper repairs done to it, not from the accident. he car was taken to three repair shops here for an estimate on the repairs of the repairs and was appraised by the insurance adjuster. All of which agreed that Trikin’Out’Trucks did not know what they were doing or how to work on Honda’s in general. The first sign of trouble was when my husband touched the front emblem and it fell off in his hand. It never had any fasteners in the back of it to attach it into place. The horns and wiring harness were supposed to be behind the bumper, but instead they were rewired to be behind the radiator with no support ties to prevent them from falling into the fan. It was amazing that nothing happened on the trip across the country. When I picked up the car, they told me that the airbag light was still on but they had run it though there computer tester and everything was fine and the system would most likely reset on my way across the country. I was later told that this is never the case for any car. The mechanics said that this is normal for front end accidents and that it is standard procedure to replace both the seat belt tension controls and the computer control. On the inside, the cover for the transmission release was missing, along with my front license plate. None of which were ever found. Trikin’Out’Trucks charged the insurance for replacing my windshield washer reservoir and never replaced it. In fact, when I went to put water inside, it leaked everywhere. Trikin’Out’Trucks said that they would send me a check to replace it, but it was never sent. The largest example of gross neglect was the entire front end alignment. They had tried to tell me that the last person to repair the front end and done so incorrectly. In fact, the first person had done it correctly. Trikin’Out’Trucks decided to do it to their specification and not to Honda specifications. Because of this the entire front frame was not pulled into the correct position and none of the body panels fit with proper alignment. All of the mechanics and the insurance adjuster basically laughed when they saw the car. When my attorney contacted Trikin’Out’Trucks, whey basically told him that they did the work the insurance company told them to do, and oh well; it was a salvage title before hand so who cares (not in those words of course but you get the idea). What really happened is that they told the insurance company what needed to be done to restore it to pre-accident condition and the insurance company did agreed and allow them to do those repairs. They just did not know what they were doing. Much to my attorney’s chagrin, we decided not to pursue legal action as we don’t have the time or patience to carry on a cross country legal battle. I was told that the insurance company has now put them on a do-not-use list. The goal of this is to make sure that everyone knows what this company really does when repairing a car. I have been trying to handle this for almost a year now and am done. If you want to take your truck to them for a pretty paint job, there are many others out there that do pretty paint jobs as well. If you want your car fixed, run away.
