Best salon !. The day I went there Vidal Sassoons son was there , the top hairdresser In the world if that doesn't say this salon is good idk what does , I had Amy she is a great hairdresser she does amazing color and I'm going back for extensions they gave me 20 dollars off for being a new customer and these little cards to give to friends so when they go in they get 20 bucks off and so will I again !!! This salon is clean very friendly a lot of staff but it's perfect also they give u free valet it's a great place to get your hair done (: Highly recommend !!!!

Love It!. I love One Salon! I have been following Britni since she started doing hair and I am hooked. She is absolutely amazing, my cut and color is always perfect. My husband even sees her now. The new location is one of a kind also!

Novi's worst salon!!!!. The owner does not believe in customer satisfaction. I had a Keratin treatment done and not only did it not take, but the hairdresser did not apply the treatment correctly. I even contacted the distributer of the product and they agreed the salon applied it inccorectly 9SHOULD BE APPLIED ON DRY HAIR NOT WET HAIR). After asking the owner of the salon to have the hairdresser redo the treatment since she did it inccorectly, he sent me a very RUDE email asking me never to come back to the salon. Is he kidding me????, my hair is a FRIZZ-BALL and he doesn't care at all. After spending $350 + tip, I'm still very angry that the owner would not consider redoing the treatment the CORRECT way!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. They will take your money and not provide the service you purchase.

Amazing.. From the moment you walk in the door until you walk out, you feel as if you are the only person that matters. They usher you around in the NICEST way possible. The front desk is always helpful and the hair designers are amazing. I have had the chance to speak with the owners and they seem to be great people with good values. I couldn't believe how much of a team-environment there was in that salon.

I have seen people from toddlers to senior citizens there. They are very trendy but can accomodate anyone's needs or wants.

Like I said, they are truely amazing.
