Honest & Quality!. The Diamond Vault of Troy is absolutely the best for many reasons - one is the private and intimate experience picking out the "perfect" piece of jewelry. Tim and Randy are the owners and help educate during the process. I have gone to the DVT for years, first to get my engagement ring with my husband, then Christmas gifts, etc... we just keep going back. The private Vault has a great selection, but if you don't see what you want they will build the wax and design it for you. Absolutely unbelievable - I have never seen that anywhere else. Trust the DVT and you will be happy you did and life long customer like me.

The best place in town!. My experience at the Diamond Vault of Troy was very unique; from the very first time that I spoke with Timothy on the phone I realized that there was something different about this business. Randall carefully listened to my questions, suggested several options that could work with my budget, and offered excellent prices. I loved the private ambiance of the Diamond Vault. It made me feel more comfortable to ask questions and I wasn?t afraid to take time to think about my decision. There was no pressure to buy at that second unlike most of the common jewelry stores. This is by far the best jewelry store I?ve ever visited. I know for a fact I will not be able to go back to a common jewelry store after visiting the Diamond Vault of Troy.
