Don't trust this company! They took advantage of my disability to do an inferior job. They ignore complaints. Complaints to the BBB, Angie's List, Attorney General, and the Federal Government are ignored or responded to with untruths. They give their customers free boxes of excellent quality. The free boxes are the only good thing they did for me.

Damage-Free is a load of crap. I hired them to move my belongs from my apartment to a house I was renting. The previous tenant hadn't moved out yet, but agreed that I could move my things in a day early. The movers ripped open the previous tenant's exercise ball, and Christine told me she would send me a damage claim form and that a print out of the cost of a replacement or a receipt for the purchase of a replacement would be sufficient documentation, along with a picture of the damage. I took pictures and bought the new tenant a new ball from Walmart for $20. Chrstine never sent the damage form, despite me sending two additional emails asking her to do so. When I called to speak with her, I was told that I needed to send in a repair estimate - a repair estimate for an exercise ball? Are you kidding me? When I reminded her that she told me I could give them a receipt or printout of the cost of a replacement, she said, "Ok. But how much does it weigh? If it's less than 5 pounds, the most the insurance will pay is $3. We can give the the $3 now if you want to come get it. That's the contract you signed." So you want me to drive to Blue Springs, from KCMO, to pick up $3, when YOU ALL ARE THE ONES THAT DID THE DAMAGE AND OWE ME $20?? I don't think so. Stay away from these people. They are shady. I wouldn't recommend them. Put your money toward a reputable company that will pay for whatever damage THEY CAUSE.

Great Company will use again for sure – i liked first off that they gave us a quote and said this is what it will cost. Everyone else could only give me estimates and were paid by the hour. Aardvark you just go to the website enter your furniture and number of boxes and they quote you a price.

When the crew showed up they wanted a walk through to see where everything was. Then they said ok we will start here and end up last in this room. I cant see how anyone would have a problem with them we are in desoto which is about as far out from blue springs as you can get and they were on time.

The guys worked in pairs and we had a 2 story home with 2300 sq ft and they were out and done with truck loaded in 2 hours or so. They are fast but efficient and in the end only 2 things were slightly damaged and it was not even noticed till some time later. The bottom of my daughters wooden kitchen cracked from being on the roller so next time i would tell them to do it different.

So all in all they were good and had no issues. They were very polite and the crew i had i will be asking for again when we move next year because they were excellent. Josh was one of the guys names the others i forgot. He told me that they had been working as a crew for a couple years now day in day out so they knew each other and how each other worked which made moving faster.

Was it 100% perfect no because like i said a couple things got slightly damaged but it was nothing bad and for sure would not keep me from using them again and from the horrible experiences i have heard from other companies like two men and a truck and others i like these guys even more.

I think what i liked most was 1. they gave me a fixed price up front i knew what i was paying before they ever showed up no matter if it took them 1 hour or all day.

2. They shrink wrapped every piece of furniture to keep it from being scratched and also on dressers and such it kept all the drawers from coming open during move. This was all free.

3. They were polite, fast and told me up front this is how long it would take and they were efficient. I say that because i have seen fast movers before and they they are fast because they dont care about stuff these guys are fast with care because they walk everything out before starting to move and you can tell they know what they are doing.

4. free boxes. You buy the boxes you want they will deliver them to you. Then when you are done with them weather its right after the move or 2 years later you bring them back and they will offer you a full refund on the boxes. That saved us several hundred dollars alone right there.

My experience was not good! – I will never use this company again, nor will I recommend them. The only reviews I can find are stellar, but my experience was not so good.

They showed up two and a half hours late, the movers were very rough on my stuff and when I asked them to take it easy, they said they weren't being rough and they knew what they were doing. My furniture was damaged and it was the worst moving experience I've ever had.

I tried to post a review on Thumbtack but apparently the company has the right to not let it post. No surprise that it has not posted, so I am looking for other venues to let people know to be wary of Aardvark Movers from Blue Springs, MO. They did give me 10% off of the quoted fee because of how late they were, but $200 was still too much for the service I got.

Great place – They do great work , fast and careful and office staff really helps you with any question, sent an email at 9 pm at night and recieved a response from them 10 min later they really know about customer service.

Top choice,when moving – I loved the way this company explain the moving process that I was not left in the dark on anything. They told me which rooms the would begin and what rooms they would finish up . I have a 4 bedroom house and they were ready , they showed up with two trucks and 6 guys and were off to the races , I could not believe how fast my move went , very happy with the service I got at Aardark and would tell anyone to use them.
