I have been going to Queen Isha now for a couple of months. My services is always outstanding, I think the prices are reasonable compared to other salons in the area. After all if you want quality, you should pay for it. It is what sets on salon apart from another. I currently get sew in's and my daughter gets micros, they are awesome. Even when I go to the doctor's office, the girls compliment me on my hair and have no idea they are extensions. The work is flawless, and it makes me feel very special. All of the girls know me by name and always take time to catch up on my family with me. If I do lose my current stylist, I will absolutely trust my hair to the other girls there. Please keep up the great work.

Think twice – I will not be returning to this shop. I got a full sew in for $150.oo. First when I got to the shop the woman who was to do my hair was one that I had never been to before and she was washing her hair. It seemed like an inconvenient for her to do my hair because I was interrupting her hair plans even though I had an appointment. Secondly I had to listen to the workers bad talk to owner (who was not present). Thirdly, I have natural hair and the woman was literally pulling my hair to “get a grip on it”. Fourthly. When she completed the job she quoted the price as being $160.oo. I told her in the past Its been $150.oo and that’s what the owner told me. She said no it’s $160.oo. SO I paid and then she proceeded to write me a receipt for $150.00. my questions is do they always quote 10 bucks over and if so does the owner know. I used to go to this salon frequently and ignored the shop talk or the kids running around but I am NEVER going back because of this fact. My scalp began to itch a ton. I thought it was the synthetic she added to my hair. After two weeks the itching was killing me. So I went to a salon around the corner from my house to get the tracks taken out. The stylist was mortified to find scabs under my braids. She stated that my hair was braided to tight and she warned me that it could cause alopecia (baldness). Now I have a high pain tolerance but that is ridiculous. In attempts to “get a grip” on my hair she pulled it so tight she caused sores on my scalp. Be careful in your hair care selection woman. I tried to be loyal to one place but this incident had deterred me from every using their services again. Lern from my mistake.

Best Place In Town – Love this shop! I alternate between braids and weaves, these ladies take great care of my hair. Its the healthiest its been since I've been an adult. They are quick and efficient stylist who believe in quality and trendy hair care. The amount of time and love they put into their work I appreciate and love. I recommend you give them a try.
