I've found my Yoga-Home! – A lovely experience ...........
I, have studied yoga for 16 years -- even done teacher training - and I had a great experience at In Yoga!
As a true yogi, I believe that every individual has different needs and desires. This yoga studio is able to satisfy a wide range of needs and desires of every person who walks in the door. If you don't want props - don't use them! I don't use them either, but others have the freedom to use or not use them, as they wish. As for the classes, I have been to two so far, and loved both! Nichole is wonderful, in that she is so specific in her instruction, and her energy is uplifting and pleasant. Non-invasive, yet detailed, and attentive. Joe is another teacher who is amazing with his ability to describe poses so well that it is easy to comprehend exactly where you are supposed to feel it in your body. I believe that yoga can be gentle and kind to our bodies, as well as tough and strenous at times. This is the balance of yoga! I am excited to try more teachers, and find my own balance of delicate and gentle classes, and then more challenging ones, that require me to push myself. I push myself when I need to even if the teacher is not requiring it. This is the beauty of yoga. I am confident that I can find what I need at In Yoga. I am a very satisfied customer, and recommend it to anyone who likes a clean, spacious studio with pro's who are warm and gracious in their practice, as well as in their teachings. 6 STARS!

fancy, but........ – I am an experienced yogi and a regular at a couple of other studios. I wanted to try this studio-although when I looked at their picture I did notice they had props which I'm not a fan of (I'm a me and my mat kinda gal!) but I remained open minded. When I went it was a pretty studio but the class was just okay. I didn't break a sweat and the teacher was supposed to be the strongest one they had . She seemed a little disjointed and not connected to the students. I've been doing yoga for 10 yrs so I do know what I'm talking about. Maybe it will get better with time who knows.....
