I was traveling to New York. My convertible top got stuck in the down position on my 2010 Bentley GTC - I called another Bentley dealership and their service department was closed. I called Bentley Downers Grove and they said there service department was closed on Saturdays,but they will have the service manager contact me.
Within 10 minutes Tom Baldasarri the service manager called me back .He arranged to have a loaner vehicle dropped off at the Drake Hotel and had my vehicle towed to Bentley Downers Grove. That is service - that is what I excepted from a Bentley dealership. not the reply - we are closed. My Bentley was repaired on Monday. Tom had my Bentley flatbed back to me that afternoon and they even picked up their loaner vehicle. They performed a full detail on my vehicle. That is what I call "GREAT SERVICE". This was all done at no cost to me.
I visited Bentley Downers Grove to check out a used BMW M5 -- a "cheap" car compared to the Bentleys on the floor with window stickers approaching (and passing) $250,000. I rolled onto the lot in an older used Audi and thought I would be a bit out of my element.
I was pleasantly surprised when Roy, a sales associate, showed me the car, let us take it for a ride, and answered all my questions. He was honest, up-front, and a "no-BS" kind of person. I appreciated his positive attitude and the personal attention he gave, despite the fact I was considering something so inexpensive. I didn't feel cornered at any point when I spoke to him or the finance manager, or even the sales manager. I wasn't harassed with 50 phone calls or emails the next day. Roy told me upfront that they are not that kind of dealership. It was a big relief to hear that.

I took my Bentley to a performance shop to have my engine light repaired. They quoted me $3,500.00 to replace catalytic converter. I asked is my 2007 Bentley still covered by a warranty - they said no. I left and called Bentley Downers Grove and spoke to Tom B. I explain my problem he told me to bring it in and he will provided a loaner vehicle. He inspected my Bentley and called and told me my Catalytic Converter is a part that is covered by my 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty .Tom ordered the parts and my Bentley was completed the next day
My wife and I enjoyed our experience purchasing our first Bentley you're Dealership. We were handled most professionally with the greatest of courtesy. I am sure then we are in the market in the future we will definitely purchase from your dealership again. At this time I think of nothing that needed to change to make our experience a better one.
