Highly recommended ... this is the best SPA ever ... professional .. unique .. clean .. the owner and her staff are experts in this field .. I have been their customer for the last two years and will never change the awesome service of this place ... it is really a beauty island ...

I purchased a groupon. I was told in my 1st visit to pay $500 to upgrade upfront to 3 more treatments. SAW NO RESULTS, not even thinning or slowed growth, after first 3 treatments. At the end of my 3rd treatment I was told by the blonde woman "you will see results." No results. Requested a refund for the 3 treatments I hadn't begun yet but was made to pay up front. I didn't even ask for a refund for the 3 treatments performed! I was yelled at over the phone by the salon owner and sent an email by their LAWYER threatening to sue me for slander if I left negative reviews. Lawyer's email: "I would highly suggest you reconsider reporting fabrications to the BBB as our client has a stellar reputation with this association and any attempt to tarnish that will be met with litigation." Threatening legal action on me for reviewing them! Come sue me! I don't want a woman who is angry at me and yells at me over the phone performing laser hair removal for my bikini area! Unprofessional.
