Worst Customer Service Ever. I went to this store to look for a pair of shoes for my Fiance to match a dress she was going to wear to a formal Christmas party. We went in, and like the other reviews we were not greeted or acknowledged. The lady, who later said she was the owner, was on the phone for the entire thirty minutes we were there. When we found the pair of shoes we liked we brought it to her (still on the phone) and waited to be acknowledged so she could get the correct size. She pointed out the another pair of shoes was damaged and then she accused us of damaging them. Then she refused to get the shoes that we did want unless we paid for the damaged ones first, and went about it very rude. I presented the fact that we would buy the pair of shoes that we wanted but if she insisted that we buy the other pair that we wouldn't buy anything. She didn't care, she would rather insult and degrade her customers than make money, I could't believe it . My experience there was one of the worst most insulting experiences I have ever had at any business in my life. I will never go back and will recommend to my friends and family to do the same.

Rude people shouldn't work with the public. I went to Sandal Express 6/6/10 ...15-20 minutes before closing to buy shoes for my 2 daughters. When we walked in there was no hello, can I help you or even a smile. Within about 5 minuted my girls and I decided on their shoes so we asked for their sizes. I thought the managers head was going to spin around as she rolled her eyes at me. (Sorry to put you to work lady) She got the sizes we asked for but after trying them we realized we needed the next size up. Again with the eye rolling and she asked if we were going to buy something. "Yes", I said," We need two pairs" She got the next size and started tapping her foot and drumming her fingers on the counter. Then she asked if we were going to take long. Really lady!? Sorry for wasting your time! (NOT) All this before closing time. Needless to say I didn't buy the shoes even though we had been searching for hours in the mall for the right shoes, and they were very cute. I'll never shop there again and I hope they close to make room for something better (which shouldn't be hard) I've heard other complaints about this store but this takes the cake. I should add I lost my mind for a few moments and called her a few choice words out of ear range of my kids. She said she was the manager and she didn't have a name, like that was going to keep her out of trouble. They haven't heard the last of me
