Great food and service was nice – Excellent food and service. While it was lunch time, the server was very kind and quick.. the food was hot and good. While it can be a little pricey for pizza, it was really fresh and tasted good to justify the cost. Will go back again!

Fresh Deep Dish Pizza in 15 minutes?!?! – Since when does it take 15 minutes to bake a deep dish pizza? It seems as if they are using pre made crust for their pizza. I was skeptical when my pizza came out in less than 20 minutes and the crust tasted stale. I will not be coming back as it seems like a big waste of money.

$57.40 for 1 pizza 1 wine 2 beers – Just had dinner at Pi (The Loop) this evening with my girlfriend. I have eaten there before and the food is always good. The food was excellent tonight again. When I got the bill I was certinally taken back. We had 1 pizza, 1 glass of wine and 2 draft beers and the bill was $50.40 pre tip.

We ordered the 12 inch Bucktown Pizza with light cheese, ($23.00), extra chicken ($2.00), extra olives ($2.00), 1 glass of house chardonnay ($9.00), 2 glasses of beer ($4.50 each) for a total of $45.00, tax was $5.40 for a total of $50.40, left a tip of $7.00 for a total of $57.40. Holy Cow!!!!

Unbelievable customer service experience – I had the WORST customer service experience. I went there for a party. We had tables reserved, but when we arrived we had a thirty minute wait. I didn't want to make it a big deal so I ordered drinks at the bar as we waited for our table.

45 minutes pass, and I walk up to see if a place is free. There was not a place available, and we were told we'd have to wait just 15 more minutes. I order another round of drinks, and we wait outside. My group is hungry, and the place was going to close so we asked if we could get carry out.

I was sure to ask them if we could eat it at the bar since it was getting cold outside. I was assured that was fine. When the pizza came, we were told we had to eat it outside.

Frustrated, I asked politely for the manager, who happened to be the bartender who has been serving our group. Her name was Shannon, and she did NOTHING to remedy the situation. She told us the rule was that we had to eat it outside if we got carry out even when we were TOLD we could have it inside.

She was extremly rude and unsympathetic! I was upset I spent a lot of money on drinks and tips (she did NOT deserve( as we waited for the reserved table we NEVER got. If she was even just a little bit nicer, I would not be writing this.

I've worked in customer service for 6 years. i've dealt with a lot of bogus complaints and what not, but the customer is always right especially when they are told they can do somehting by an employee of yours. I've done my job and went above and beyond to represent my company. I know if I was an owner of this place, I would not want some slacker, rude, and unpersonable woman representing my company. I will NEVER go there again, and I've been telling people not to go there. Not just because of the first hassle, but because the situation was handled improperly by the shift manager.

I wish this rating went into negative numbers.

Super great tasting pizza! – Great Bar and nice refreshing pizza. Excellent in Every Way!

Similar to chicago style deep dish but with a different crust and fresh ingredients. The small deep 2 people can easily split!
