They fixed the issue at my house in no time. And the best thing that i admire so much is, most of their people are very friendly and have their sense of humor. They don't get things hard but just explain in simple and basic way so we can understand well. I'll surely use them again in the future.

Fantastic company! I work for a nonprofit called Rebuilding Together Seattle that provides free home repairs for low income homeowners in the Greater Seattle Area. OutToday has generously donated both labor and materials to our projects in the past. Most recently, they helped an elderly homeowner with a leaking bathtub (she was unable to bathe until it was fixed) and donated over $1,000 worth of materials and labor. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, and our client was so thankful for their contribution. Thanks, OutToday!

I have a rental property that needed to have some plumbing work done. The technician was able to work directly with my tenant. It made my life much easier.

DO NOT USE. Electrician came out and told us that we needed a new electrical panel. "It's going to cost you thousands." When I asked him for a firm number, he refused to give us one. We told the electrician we were not in position to pay thousands of dollars today, his comment "when would you be able to". I told him that we plan to get other bids and depending on how low OT came in, we may use them. After an hour at our home, he charged us our fee and left us paperwork with no $ estimate. He did leave debris behind in the areas he worked on.

Re: the citysearch reviews for the company, I find it highly unlikely that 10 "5 star" reviews would be logged in over 2 days. It's not possible to have that many proactive clients make glowing comments (over that short period of time). I would assume some employees were creative with their names and comments.

Would not use again- transaction felt uncomfortable and quite frankly, unethical.

good impression. The workers were neatly dressed which makes for a good impression. They were courteous and very suggestive for other electrical work - which I had them do over and above the scheduled work.

Robert came to fix an electric problem. Robert came to fix an electric problem and told me about the other services his company offers. He did a free inspection of my furnace. I decided to replace both the furnace and water heater.

The visit was informative. Inspection of furnace, cleaned burners, checked system, recommended replacement of furnace, showed me the problem areas. The visit was informative. I was told how the furnace should work, and how my furnace was leaking exhaust and other problems. It went well.
