Uptight and Crabby. I called them for more information and to make and apppointment, but the woman was very rude and it seemed to me that she really was not interested in having me come for a visit as I was in the city that week. She kept trying to sell me lotions or creams or something for home use instead. This was not a good experience, therefore I rated everything as the worse.
