Can I Get a Waitor or Waitress Please?? – Ok, if you are an exceptional....no wait, a decent server, please go and apply to the Buffalo Wild Wings at Nashville West! I have been to this location at least a dozen times since it opened and I have yet to have good service. Maybe I am a glutton for punishment but I continue to go back because my wife loves it. Every single time we go we typically wait a minimum of 10 minutes for a drink order, we wait 5-10 minutes for those drinks, we wait at least 30-35 minutes for the food we order and don't even think about refills...yeah right! Then to finish out the nightmare of a meal, it takes forever to find our server to say that we need our check and come on....it takes 2 seconds to print it but nevertheless we wait at least 10-15 minutes just to get it. PLEASE BWW hire some decent servers who are actually interested in helping their customers because there are some good tippers(like me minimum 20%) who don't mind paying for good service!
WORST BWW IN NASHVILLE – I registered with Citysearch just so that I could leave a negative review of this place because, yeah, it was that bad. I was a bartender for 14 years so I get it...we all have bad nights. The kitchen goes down, all of the kegs blow at once...things happen but there is NO excuse for a server who takes your order and then never comes back again...ever. We ate cold wings with no sauce over napkins which we had to grab from the empty hostess stand ourselves. We each had one beer. We would have LOVED to have had another (or 10) but nobody came by to ask. Now, if I were reading this review, I might be thinking, "Why didn't you get up and ask for a manager?" That's the kicker...there was NOBODY to ask. No servers, no hostesses, no bartender and definitely no manager. We honestly started to wonder if the staff had walked out. I'm not talking 5 or 10 minutes here...I mean, like 25 - 30. It was surreal. We totally had free run of the place!
This was at 9:45 on a Friday night and the dining room was pretty dead. We watched no less than 3 other tables come in (we were in the bar area), sit down and eventually get up and leave without ever having been acknowledged while we waited for someone to come by so that we could ask for a check. I spent the majority of this time trying to convince my wife that walking out would be acceptable when we finally saw an employee in a dark corner of the bar. My wife ran over to him and asked all 300 pounds of him if he was the manager and lo and behold, he was. She stated that we either needed a check or we would leave without paying. So what what does this fat F do? He waddles out onto the patio and grabs some random server, the first we'd seen in nearly an hour and asks him to bring us a check. I honestly felt sorry for the guy when he brought it because the table of dudes sitting next to us, who had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes, without service, immediately started berating him. The manager was never seen again.
Finally we were able to leave. I can honestly say that this is the first time in my life that I have ever left a bar or restaurant without leaving a tip. Honestly, I don't blame the waitstaff. The manager sets the tone and this man's tone was sad and apathetic.
Now I have to say, after all that, I still love the food at BWW and the fact that I can watch games that I can't get at home so I will be back but not at the one on Charlotte Rd. Stay away from that one.
Good sports bar and that is what it is. – The wings were cooked the way we requested (extra crispy), the server kept our drinks refilled and the cheese sticks flavorful.
Keep in mind THIS IS A SPORTS BAR, with a semi-family appeal. It can be VERY noisy at times and it is not necessarily the place for children when a big game is on.
horrible wings horrible service! – i would NOT recommend this place at all - we sat in the bar area and i can honestly say the ONLY thing that we enjoyed were the "hundreds" of televisions - but thats about it - we ordered some wings to start - they were a joke - VERY tough and over-cooked -
oh and uh you have to pay separately for celery and dressing to dip them in - WTF??!! so we ordered celery and like 3 skinny pieces came in a cardboard boat - ok so then we were going to order some ribs for dinner but found out that they dont even serve baked potatoes there - so we decided to just skip it and order some more wings - we were there for a business dinner so we were there for a couple hours and we ordered probably 6 or more orders of lousy wings just to have something to pick around at - each time we asked our waitress for another order she looked at us like we were completely inconveniencing her - then another server would bring out the order - when we would see her she would just past us up and we would have to practically grab her to get her to bring more CELERY or dressing - we never did get any plates or silverware - this place sucks - food and service - we wont be back and i will not recommend it
