One of the most unique shoe stores/cafes in ever! Staff so friendly, I'm sure Trader Joe's wanted to hire them. Where else can you get pastries and your heels fixed?
Best shoe repair on the West coast! – I FedEx all my shoe problems to Pasquale from Seattle! They repaired my Christian Louboutins beautifully, and renewed my Prada boots so well. They are the only shoe shop I trust.
Great place for cleaning bags and shoes – Pasquale cleaned my Gucci bag and fixed my Christian Louboutin shoes. He can solve any shoe problem. Would trust them with any repair.
Great service – Today I was trying to rush to their store. However it was pass their regular work hours. Gladdly they took my order n promise to rush their service for the next day. Loved their support and friendlyness!!!!
Overpriced and rude – Do not go to this place. I needed 1 button sewed on a right shoe, and when I came to pick it up, it was not done to match the left shoe (which they had for comparison). When I politely asked them to fix it, the woman in charge was rude, insulting, and tried to tell me that they fixed the left shoe, even though the tag said otherwise. Also they charged $14 for this simple and quick repair, which took a 1" piece of elastic and probably 10 minutes.
Not worth the hassle, rudeness, or price; plus they didn't even take the care to do the repair carefully. I miss my old shoe repair place downtown :( Don't go here--keep looking!
There's only one! – Been going to this place for years - even followed them when they moved from W. 3rd street, then from Wilshire in the Miracle Mile. Come to think of it, i used to go to his father! One thing's for sure: Pasquale can solve ANY shoe problem! Nothing like someone in this town that can still get passionate about almost any subject - especially when the subject is your footwear. Efficiency, reasonable prices and good conversation make this place highly recommended. Kal
Great repairs for many years, especially vintage! – We have been using Pasquales for over 15 years. They are especially good at making repairs on vintage shoes that are delicate and rare, but repairs on contemporary shoes are excellent as well. Would trust them with any repairs. They have always found a way to make it work for us. Find them to be nothing but professional!
An arrogant, tactless business owner with a lot of pride – The owner of that shoe repair doesn't know how to treat customers and or how to pamper your $$$ shoes... The last NEW pair that I gave him for repair came back scratched... But he said that he was not responsible!
I recently brought three NEW $600+ pairs of shoes and I asked the owner to be very carefull: "Please do your best to not scratch these new shoes!". He told me that my request was insulting and started to argue with me. Then, he advised to go somewhere else. His attitude was despicable and very abusive. Don't patronize rude and dishonorable business owners.
a great neighborhood cafe – a great old world cafe conveniently located in mid-city; great coffee, yummy breakfasts, friendly staff
love this place – they were real good. They were efficient; and took real good care of my things. would definitely recommend
Great quality work and great customer service – It's the best in the world. They were voted best in the world by W Magazine, best in L.A. by Esquirre Magazine and In Style Magazine. Great customer service. Quality work. No shoe repair in the world has a Cafe on the premises. You should check it out.
