Fresh Grill Cafe - Really Great!!!! – Program was really effective. I saw results right away. Food was fresh and delivered promptly everyday.

Menu choices were ample. Very good variety in cuisines of food. Overall a really good experience and will use again in the future.

Thank you for helping me achieve my goal – I must say that from beginning to end I had a great experience with Fresh Gill Café. The owner took the time to get to know my medical history to better understand what I needed. They worked on the menu with me to come up with the best plan for myself. Every week I picked out the food for the following week. I followed the program and couldn’t believe how much weight I lost (Don’t forget to drink that water ?) . I did this program before my wedding and they help me achieve my goal. I never experienced any problem with the delivery of the food. I leave my house by 6:20am every day and the food was always there waiting for me. I was expecting pretty blad food but was pleasantly surprised as some of the dishes were better than I had at some restaurants!! And you can tell that their food is fresh and not frozen.



Remember these meals are prepared for YOU! You pick out what you eat but you also have to be realistic. This program is designed to help you stay healthy so do not expect a 5 star quality dish (with tons of fat/calories/sodium). You will get the recommended portion (not the family style portion that us American’s have become accustomed to eating) only it will be prepared with the finest ingredients to keep you healthy.



I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who is trying to loose weight or doesn’t have the time to measure and cook healthy.

taking advantage of people! – so I just wanted to take a minute and give some feedback on my experience with Fresh Meal Program. firstly, as I am not used to having processed, can or out of jar food, I was having issues...this is what you will be getting btw. how about making a fresh salsa or pico de gallo or how about a nice cheese to apply to your tuna melt (that came placed on a wet soggy bread)

Things arrived so soggy day after day and meal after meal, and this could have been remedied by placing things into separate containers, or even wrapping the bread in paper or plastic wrap. I was also hoping for higher quality greens, that were not already brown by 8am. the greens you get are the ones you would get at a truck stop diner. it was terrible, nothing like the image they show on the site. not once did I get nice greens. the meats were every single time dry and tough... I'm afraid to ask where the meat came from. this program im sure can work if you have no taste buds and like airplane food.

the chef puts no thought or creativity into the food, presentation and let alone flavor... my goodness this was absolutely the worst meals I've ever had, even worse than airplane food, and I travel a lot and have some decent meals on a plane. the food is thrown together, and sadly when you open your little containers they look that way. I had to throw out a total of 6 meals, took a taste and tried to really consider it and then could not do it. the portions were also non-sensical. i.e. the strawberry parfait consisted of 5 table spoons of granola and one stawberry.

contrary to the name of your company I really thought I was going to be getting greens that tasted fresh! tasty asparagus even!

this was very much a waste of my money, I really wish this was refundable...so far not one thing has been tasty or presentable to eat and thats really sad. I had belly aches from the food.

I was told from an insider that the good reviews you are seeing were made by someone inside the company. SAD!!!!

please don't do pay for this!

worst money i ever spent – the communication skills of customer service leave a lot to be desired.

when i placed my order i was told to write on the customer profile form what time i would like to driver to arrive in order to give him a key for secure delivery (give him a key?!) but i felt i had no choice b/c i already paid for the service... well i selected the time and no one arrived!! so much for sleeping that night!

then when i finally got the first cooler it was full of steak, chicken..shrimp. I am a strict vegetarian and I can not tell you how many times i reiterated this on my forms and on the phone with the company.

the next day after lots of wasted time on the phone, vegetarian food arrived. FINALLY! i thought i was in the clear until i got a call saying the driver never got any coolers from me so i would be charged for every day the cooler wasnt returned! seriously?! i find it hard to believe that every night the cooler i left out was stolen, yet the cooler the driver left was untouched? they tried to say my neighbors must have taken it.... i live in a house split into 2 apts... my neighbor is my grandfather... i was infuriated even further b/c after the driver never showed on the first day, i clearly never gave him a key so the coolers were always left on the porch. it all seems like the perfect scam to get money from customers... with all the "stolen coolers" the company makes an extra 100 dollars.

I am so dissapointed in this service and it is run in a very unprofessional manner... no two people have the same answer when you call customer service. and there isnt a care in the world for customer satisfaction. WHAT A CON

For people who really want results, not just food. – There's a difference between Fresh Grill and other meal programs, that is, you get actual results if you stick to it. I've been on it for three months now and have lost 21 pounds, getting the food five days a week. For "health food," it does not taste bad at all. Most people don't know what healthy food taste like because they they've never really had it, which is why they never get results. Customer service is spot on, menu selection each week and they cater to my peanut allergies.

it just doesn't taste good. – To sum up my experience with Fresh Grill Cafe, here are the pros and cons.

Pros:

* Convenient

* Well priced

* Fresh, not frozen

* Calorie controlled

* Friendly customer service

Cons:

* Not much variety

* Limited vegetarian options

* No ingredients listed

* Wasteful packaging (15 plastic containers!)

* Just doesn't taste good

* Not dependable (bad cooking instructions, wrong meals received)

The bottom line for me is taste. It will always be a challenge for a home meal delivery system to offer freshness and tasty food. For now, I'll keep cooking for myself.

Best Meal Program – I would like to take a minute of your time to commend you on the service and quality of your product.

I started the program on Jan. 24 and in a matter of my first week on I am astonished. You really

Impressed me, the quality and quantity of food is amazing. I really don't have to think of anything

beyond putting my cooler outside my door before I go to bed and Every morning I have my food

for the day. I lost 5lbs in my first week, in which I cant believe because I feel like I ate more food

than I do when eating regular food. Also, I must say, the day of the storm that dumped 18" of snow on

us I did not expect to see my cooler refilled, but once again you pulled through.

I can't wait to see how much more I can loose.

AMAZING RESULTS!! – I have been doing the fresh mean program for about a month now. I can not express how this program has exceeded my expectations. First off the quality of food is unbeatable!! Everything is so fresh it’s like your eating home cooked food (which is exactly what it is). I have tried jenny craig and weight watchers before and the small frozen portions always left me hungry! I NEVER have this problem with this program. I actually thought I was eating too much. To my surprise in the past month I have lost a total of 21 pounds and three inches on my waist! I have medical problems and can not exercise so I could only imagine how much I would have lost if I had exercised!! I can not tell you how this program has changed my life!! I feel great, my confidence is back and I have a ton of energy. What’s also nice is that it teaches you how you should be eating and what portion size you should be eating. Coupled with the fact that I don’t have to go food shopping, cook or clean up it is a working woman’s dream!! I have and highly recommend this program!

Better of the group – As someone who has tried two other meal programs on separate occasions, I've been pretty happy with my experience so far. My one biggest complaint about meal programs before this has been that they have been frozen, almost like eating a Lean Cuisine all day everyday, but their food is fresh and delivered each morning, which is pretty convenient. The menu is rotated well and they observe by peanut allergies without concern, but what really matters is the price is right. It's worth a shot.

***DO NOT USE*** - I did the delivery program with this company for two weeks and I have to warn people because its just not right. To start I was very disappointed in the quality of the food that I got on delivery. Sometimes I would recieve food that just smelled rotten. I would call and complain and they would replace it, but thats hardly the point. After I was talking to a friend of mine that works for the Board of Health in the gym I found that they have been recieving citations for health violations. If you are looking for meal delivery or going to eat around there do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.
