SLUM LORDS = MacPherson Property Management. SLUM LORDS-- BEWARE! - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

We have rented a house from this company and it has been terrible. When we moved in the house was dirty and the bathrooms stunk of urine.

During our stay we have had several problems with items getting fixed. We have been without a proper fridge and stove for over 5 months. They replaced the microwave which only took three months of constant emails

Funny thing is we have been asked to move out due to our "complaints". I guess asking for a roof that doesn't leak and appliances that work would be considered a hassle to them.

Their handyman even admitted to me that they do not like fixing things. Plus their fixes are usually crappy.

To sum it up MacPhersons is not the right choice for you they do not care about the tenants only getting the rent. Stay away!
