Excellent new hotel!.
My husband and I just stayed here for one night as we are in a transition of moving down to Texas, but it was just what the doctor ordered. Everything was wonderful. The stafff was amazing and helpful. We had our little dog and they were very accommodating. The flat screen in the room made my husband very happy and the bathrooms were very modern with good bath products! The location is really convenient in QA with a ton of restaurants in walking distance.
My favorite thing about it though was the wood floors in the rooms instead of carpet. Hotel carpet is always kind of scary...so this was a really smart alternative. Way to step up Maxwell! We will definitely return when we're back in Seattle!
And oh yeah...like the other review said - free parking!

Great Rooms. I travel a lot and beds are very important to me, this hotel did not let me down! The staff was wonderful and love the free parking downtown.
