Spa-like atmosphere in Beverly Hills sans snobbery.

I visited Natures Nails and asked for Henry and Nancy and they weren't there. This place is dead. No customers and no quality workers. I went straight to Contempo nails and there they were. Nancy went to Contempo Nails because it's always busy over there. She makes more money there… I would do the same too I were her. Henry is also at Contempo Nails. It's obvious everyone in Beverly Hills knows that he will only go to Diane. I'm glad they went there I only come here to see Henry and Nancy. I like Contempo Nails better anyways.

I know the owner of Natures Nails very well because she lives in the same apartments in Downtown L.A. where I live. She tries to present this salon as a high class elegant salon but in the reality it sticks. This place is smaller then most people's kitchen with no space or air to breath because it's filled with strong chemical smell. The chairs smells like dead fish and are filled with nail polish stains on both hand rest and who knows what else is on it. They only have 20 bottles in their entire nail polish collection. I probably have more then them at home. "Lieu" the person doing my nails had a terrible attitude. Every time I asked her to push my cuticles back more she gives me this dumb answer with an attitude "I'm not done yet". I'm paying for the service and every time I ask something she gets offended.

I understand her for having an attitude. She is a single woman in her late 50's maybe 60. With that attitude she looked more like 65 to me. I would be angry to at the world if I was single and looked like that. LOL…

As for the owner Tracy, she's a real nut case. There should be a law or standard bar that you have to pass before you become an owner or manager. She is no where near of having the knowledge or professionalism of being an owner. I tell things about her salon and she just blow up worst then her workers. Yelling in her language like savages. She can't even manage a Walmart if you ask me.

Lily the wax girl burned my arms so I told her to stop. You know she burned my arms and many other people. She does not have a license. She has a law suite pending. Another old dude name Jack was to busy looking around else where while doing my nails and forgot put lotion on my hands. It seems like he's an illegal immigrant looking around to see if immigration is coming in or something.

Tracy and Jack are terrible nasty people according to all the co workers who work with them. They cheat all the workers tip and get away with it everyday.

Natures Nails is awful…

Stay away from this place. I tried them out for the first time as a desperate result because everywhere else was busy. I should have known better to try a place that is empty with no customers. They ruined my nails . Their color gel chipped the next day. They charged me $10 to take off the old gel which other places are mostly free. They used the machine to file on the nails to take off the gel. End result, my nails are damaged. Plus to top it all off my face got burned during the wax. I remember her name was Lily. Natures Nails is a terrible place. When I ask to see the owner this Lily acted like she is the boss. Seems like everyone is the boss there. There is no real owner in charge. .Believe me Don't go here… You'll be sorry.

I went here with my mom they refused service to my mom after looking at her toes. They started to make some faces and speak in their language. It was Jack, Lily and then Nancy. Another customer walked in after me and they all got up wanted to help her at the same time. I told the owner Tracey about this but she just did not care at all.

I wonder who is the real boss?

I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE NOR REFER ANYONE…

I went to another nearby salon and told them about how bad the service is at Nature Nails and came to find that no one likes them. From employees who use to work with them to customers. Jack, Lily and Nancy is bad news in the industry.

I later found out that these three Jack, Lily and Nancy all are working under the table. They are all on the welfare system and working for cash. Talk about taking advantage of the system. Buying homes under different names and receiving food stamps. They might think that they can work the system and get away with it but still they should be ashamed of themselves. I wouldn't even show my face around anywhere if I did such a thing.

As for Tracey, She tries to harass local nearby competitors to gain more business. She even tries to write bad reviews about her competitors all over the internet.

What is wrong with this place? Talk about LOSERS…

Do not go here ….

I was here getting my nails and wax done and all I heard thru out the entire time was Nancy and Lillu bad mouthing other salons and people in the business. I can sense some competition and jealousy but wake up. I don't care. I pay you to get my nails and wax done not listen to your complaint about others. I don't even think you Lily even have a wax license.. The quality is ok here not great. I'm not too excited about this place. I'll only come here if I'm desperate.

I read on FaceBook – Warning !!! Don't go Alex at JB Nails. Congratulations!! He and his wife just had a baby boy but at the same time he also has a mistress Tracey Giang Dinh. Cash Only policy while both ladies on welfare. I read on facebook that he and Tracey are very cruel because every time they have arguments with co-workers they would go damage their cars. One time Tracey came in with a black eye which I assume that it came from Alex. Stay away from him... I had fungus on my nails the day after he worked on my nails. There is a young lady name "mousy" with tattoos all over her body who has a kid with no father also on welfare. I guess it's also his kid too... Terrible Person...

Dissapointed ! Not Coming Here Anymore ! – This place is not honest to customers. When they first opened the owner Tracey welcomes you with friendly smiles but now I can see it's all fake. She smiles when there is no customers but when it gets a little busy I see a different crazy attitude out of her. I was not satisfied with my nails so I ask her to redo them but instead she gave me an attitude. When first open she said that she doesn't do acrylic because it bad for your health. Now I see her advertise that she does acrylic. What is that? I guess business is not going very well. Not being honest? She should not say one thing and do another. I went to her when she first open because she did not have any customers and so I felt pity for her. Now she treats me like this. Worst place I've ever been to. Very disappointed.

Worst Nail Salon I Have Ever Been In !!! – Good Fake Review ... Tracey (the owner) must have done it by herself on the net. This is the worst place I have ever been to in Beverly Hills. She cut me bleeding and cursed at me in her language. You call yourself the best in Beverly Hills? That's a joke.. The technician told me that she always curse at the customers and employees all day long. They're are all feed up working with her. They never get paid or get their tips the way they should be. Owner treats them like a slaves. Walking in this nail shop is like walking into Home Depot. The fruits and the flowers on the pedicure bucket was reused on my friend's pedicure. That really turned me off. This nail shop will be out of business soon. None of my friends like this place. This shop does not do acrylic but somehow there is a chemical smell when you walk in. Their ESSI and OPI are all generic, it chips the next day. Not anywhere near being best in Beverly Hills.
