I was in the need of a scorpion wrangler when I ran into a natures own technician at my neighbors house. They did a very good job we are now bug free and it has been 2 months so I am very happy with service.
I contacted Nature’s Own after we suspected some type of critter was in our attic. Customer service was very professional and polite and they sent someone out right away to tend to the matter. The technician that came out was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. He went to work right away, and a short time later he informed us that we had squirrels in the attic. He informed us what steps we needed to take to get the squirrels out. The technician sealed the areas where they were getting in and set traps immediately. Since Nature’s Own came out we haven’t had any problems since with squirrels or any other critters in our attic! I would definitely recommend them for any pest service!
These guy's are great. We had them come over to our house for a major ant problem and they were great from start to finish. The technician was very educated and knew what he was doing every step of the way. I will definitely use this company again. Customer service was outstanding.
The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. I like that it is safe for my family and pet. I had my house and yard treated today for ants and I am very pleased with the results already.
I have been using Natures Own since last November and have been dissatisfied with the results since March, around the time the growing season would have begun. I must say, I had faith in them since we had had success with a similar company in the Dallas area before we relocated. I kept waiting and waiting for the results I was sure I would see but which never came. Each time I called to cancel the service because I am unhappy with my ants that won't go away (they just move every time they are treated) and my grass that is thinning daily and brown underneath, Natures Own suggests one more thing to "try." I must admit, I was willing to try each and every suggestion since I really don't have the time to do research on a new company nor do I have the time or inclination to do it myself. Their recommendations turned out to be "upselling" on the part of the company because somehow each thing they recommended was conveniently (for them) not part of their regular service. (The only recommendation they made that did not result in more money paid to Natures Own was to increase watering times - at this point, I water so much I am growing more mushrooms than grass...wonder if they are getting a kick-back from the city...but I digress....) One Saturday morning, my husband and I watched the technician walk one time around our entire yard applying the fertilizer so thin you would easily take 2 - 3 steps before seeing another pellet. This clearly did not even reach all areas of the yard! The final straw, however, occurred about 3 weeks ago when a technician called to say he had treated the yard and was leaving the bill on the front door. I asked him three different times in three different ways if he was done completely and leaving and he assured me that the treatment was finished. I promptly told him that next time he might want to check the gates before telling a homeowner he had completed the service because I was out of town and the back gates were both locked, thereby proving my husband right as he had been telling me for some time they were not servicing the yard at all. If it were not for the "bill" left on the front door each time, I would wonder if they had even driven by the house at all! Unfortunately, I have been trying to cancel the service for good since then and cannot seem to get to the right person who has the authority to do this. I am told I am under contract, however, I have asked for an email of this contract which I have yet to receive. I am told the service manager has to view the yard before we can cancel and devoted an entire Saturday to waiting for him however, he was a no show. I would strongly advise anyone considering Natures Own to look elsewhere for service. Not all their technicians are worthless, and I have met a few who really knew their stuff. I don't know if they are not training properly or just got lucky with a few actually good employees, however, my experiences with them were very bad overall. It's not worth the headache of trying to watch them to make sure they are doing their job. Just hire someone else.
Had a Roof Rat intrusion problem into my attic. Blair sealed the house and placed traps. Jimmy came back and checked them. All is quiet now ant the problem appears to be under control. The were both professional and did a very good job! Thanks! Charles C.
I received a call shortly after indicating my interest in having my lawn aerated. Ricky gave me an initial quote that was lower than the competitor's. The whole transaction was very professional; the appointment time was 2 days in advance, and he promised he'd call a half hour before arriving (which he did). After surveying my lawn, he gave me an even lower quote. Ricky showed me the process during and after the aeration. My lawn requires a lot of TLC (there are a lot of weeds), but it looks like the grass is getting greener and starting to take over.
I just had my home serviced and let me say, 'fantastic customer service!' I would definitely recommend Nature's Own Pest Services to my clients.
If you live in Austin, ask for Brad and Jason- the nicest, most courteous and professional guys!
DO NOT USED this company. They charge me a service fee when they never perform any service. I've waited for them for 2 hours and the never show up to my house. Next they send me a bill and now the charge me finance charge. Horrible company, they will be nice to you in the beginning but in the end they will get you. STAY AWAY. I'm very disappointed and very angry, don't be fool by the green. What a mistake.
