DONT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Horrible. . I brought my computer in since It would not turn on. They proceeded to tell me that it was a hardware issue inside the computer and would need to keep it for a couple weeks to see exactly what is wrong with it. I was told it needed a new video chip, and was impossible to replace without changing the main board. I proceeded to let them do the work, order the parts and everything. Next i was told that there were other parts needed to fit the board since mine did not fit in the new one. I went along with it and let them have it for a couple more weeks. After paying them up front, i was promised it was done in 2 weeks. I called in two weeks and was told that the parts havnent come in. I get a call in 2 additional more weeks and was given a bill of $365. I figured that was high, but i needed my information for my taxes on the computer. I get there, pay and receive my PC back. I get home and the computer doesnt turn on, so I brought it back. I brought it back and they went around back and tested to see if it worked. About 2 minutes later they brought it back up front and told me it works. I trust them and brought it back to my house figuring that it was an error over on my part. When i brought it home, still the same issue. It will not power up. Brought it back there, once again! Oh, by the way i'm almost 30 minutes away, i live next to waterbury. and this time they showed me that it works, i left a happy person. Got home, hooked it up, nothing! I scratched my head and wondered "WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG!". So, what i did was switch the power cables from my old computer, bang! powers right up like a champ! This made me wonder, my power cable was the issue the whole time. I looked into it further and found that my computer was never opened. This PC was previously my workstation from work and had a PADLOCK on the back so only the IT department at my job can open the case to the computer. I asked them what was replaced, and asked for receipts. I went in there calm and professional asking for answers and the person up front was stuttering and slurred his words when I caught him in a lie. From the second I walked in there I noticed something was horribly wrong with the place. They are skeevy people to work with. In conclusion, I paid over $350 to only find out that there was an issue with my power cable at home and that just needed to be replaced, they scammed me for money and i hope people read this. There was nothing done to my computer, they made me think I needed parts to come in when there were actually no parts ordered. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
UNprofessional UNqualified – I got conned here by these people.
They don't know any more about fixing computers than a 5th grader.
What happened to me was a nightmare. I paid them nearly a hundred dollars only to bring it home and have it perform even worse.
Then I brought it to a reputable & authorized company where I was told that my computer seem like it was vandalized t the point of missing parts and shabby parts put in their place.
Once you see these people you should be able to tell they're not real computer technicians. But I trusted them and literally got robbed.
UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL – The owner is a complete UNEDUCATED MORON. He hides behind his makeshift desk and mumbles nonsensical foolery. I was actually quite surprised that he was the business owner. I
Complete JOKE! The owner has NO idea what he is doing – Lets just say I worked for this man, or what ever you might call him. I witnessed unprofessional behavior along with domestic abuse. Him(daniel perez) and his girlfriend had a fight every day and took it out on their employees. That is very unprofessional. He will have you go get food, go to his apartment, go down the street and spy on a local buisness, and MAKE YOUR WALK AROUND GIVING FAKE COUPONS AND FLYERS IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER! That is not proper marketing. He will pay you 6/hr IF HE PAYS YOU! Yes, thats right...IF. He won't pay you...nor will he show up to work.
be aware of bear – This is the worst computer repair i have ever done business with. Be aware stay far far away. Daniel Perez is nothing shy of a crook. Bear computer repair destroyed my computers. Daniel does not know how to return calls or run a business. When I asked for a refund he laughed at me and said he has to pay for the techs labor. now I have a big pile of crap that use to be functional computers. Yes he gave me my computers in about 30 different pieces. Now I have to go and buy a new machine all because of Daniel Perez
DO NOT FREQUENT THIS BUSINESS – This business (if that is what they call it) is the most
unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest company I have
ever witnessed. Their service is less than poor and their customer service skills leave alot to be desired. I would not tell my worst enemy to go there. False advertising, dirty store and shady owner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This site said that I had to rate this business - I would not have given them any star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
