Unfortunately When you have been in business for 15 years you have ex employees who take their time to post bad reviews about your company. However, we are a company that has been serving Florida for 15 years and 95% of our customer leave us with video reviews of how happy they are with our services. Please note that we service an average of 100 customers a week in low season. Very few family owned window tinting companies can say that. Below are a few video interviews from happy customer. Awesome job guys!! They worked really hard to get the job done quickly, but didn't sacrifice quality at all. They were very informative about the different types of tints and the pros and cons. Very, very friendly....and upon previously reading some negative reviews regarding their customer service, I was a little hesitant to use them. However, I was very pleasantly surprised.....I would HIGHLY recommend this company for car window tinting.
Hideously arrogant, unprofessional and unorganized. They do not deserve your business nor to continue to operate like they do.
Got a groupon with DealChicken back in late February. Set appoint for same week. Date came and I was told that they were too busy to make it that day. They apologized. I disappointingly agreed to have it scheduled a week later. The day came and left and I did not receive a call from them. Waited 2 days and called them. They apologized again then explained that the techs were caught in traffic but did call me and I did not answer. Never got such a call. At this point I asked for a manager. Was not available. After many apologies again I agreed to have them reschedule. This time for 3 weeks later (because they were that busy). I asked that they set me up for the AM and was promised it would be. Day prior to the appointment came and I received a callof confirmation but it was going to be for afternoon. I told them that this is the 3rd time they changed my appointment and inconvenienced me yet again. I asked for the manager who then told me that there is nothing they can do. When I asked for some compensation, she was quick to tell me to get refund from DealChicken and promptly hung up.
STOP!!!!! YOU'RE TO BLAME IF YOU LOSE MONEY TOO! DO NOT USE THESE PROFESSIONAL THUGS! On 8/31/12, Tint and Audio Express, a mobile provider of tint and audio services out of Ft. Myers, FL, provided tint service to my 2012 black four door Jetta TDI. After reluctantly agreeing to some unexpected “upgrades”, noticing that there were wrinkles and bubbles in various places, before they left, I asked Dave if I should call him in a few days if I saw no improvement. I followed all instructions exactly regarding sun exposure/ window use post tinting. After waiting a week I contacted the company to let them know that there was already peeling taking place and still several bubbles, wrinkles, etc. requiring warranty work. They were contacted on 9/8/12 and I was scheduled for warranty work for 9/14/12. They were a no show. They were contacted again and I was rescheduled for 9/18/12 due to their busy schedule. Once again they were a no show on 9/18/12. We were then promised by the owner that he would come out within the next couple of days himself, which he never did. A complaint was then filed with the BBB on 9/19/12. We subsequently received a call from Tint and Audio Express on 9/26/12 explaining their “situation” and “promising” to come out “within the week” to do the warranty work. After a week with no appointment, we again contacted the owner, Dave, on 10/3/12 who promised to come out either that day or “within the week” to fix it. On 10/5/12 we texted Dave a photo of the window with the tint peeling and he said he would be out “within the week” to do the warranty work. Again we received no phone calls or correspondence until we submitted our negative response to the BBB on 10/10/12. We then received a call from T & A on 10/11/12, offering to come out the following Monday. We expressed to them that at this point the only way to resolve the matter at this point would be to refund us and for them to pay for the tint removal. Dave informed us that he could not give us a refund.
