I want to commend and compliment the crew from Hanson's that installed my new roof. The crew, led by Jamie and Benny Gomez, were superlative. Their work and work ethic is nothing short of professional; their positive and can-do attitudes were outstanding. They deserve a huge round of applause!



My salesman, Patrick Garvey, has worked diligently to be sure I got the best value and quality. I appreciated that he visited while the crew was working to be sure things were going well and the work was done to my satisfaction.



The follow up and communication with everyone I've come in contact with at Hanson's has been excellent.



I also have windows being installed within the next couple of weeks and I expect that the work and follow up will be as exceptional as it has been for the roof. I'll send my comments at that time as well.

Thank you so much! The service my parents (Mr. and Mrs. Perczak) received from Hanson’s in replacing the garage roof was exceptional. The professionalism and courteousness of all involved was amazing. From outstanding communication to timely work and total cleanup; my parents were thrilled with Hanson’s and their new roof. They have already been raving about Hanson's to relatives and neighbors. Quality like this seems rare but Hanson’s is the true icon of Quality Customer Service.

I chose the right company. I couldn't be happier with my new roof, and my roofers were extremely professional and went above and beyond their duty. For example, I got stuck in my driveway (twice), and my roofers (Tim and J.T.) helped me get out - and helped several of my neighbors out, as well. They were there at the times they said they would be, kept in communication with me, didn't leave to take long breaks (although I wouldn't have blamed them - it was freezing outside), and did an excellent job. I feel like I have the best looking roof on my street and will be calling Hanson's again for future jobs.

There is a big difference, because we used to have a single pane with a metal frame, so the heat is definitely better on the inside of the house.

The supervisor was very knowledgeable and the crew didn't expose anything beyond what they were able to cover that day. They didn't leave any area of my house open to the elements even though it took a few days to finish the job. I was pleased that they cared about the safety of my house.

We contacted Mr. Roof the same time we contacted Hansons to get a quote. We had a signed contract with Hansons before Mr. Roof even returned our inquiry. They still wanted to come out. The guy was late, was an older gentleman that was going to 'educate' me about Hansons with his updated quote. We decided not even to look at the information he sent our way. Bad business from the start.

They were extrememly respectful and mindful to make sure things were clean. One guy was on his hands and knees for 10 minutes looking for 1 nail that was dropped.

The people were very nice and explained everything in a clear and understanding way. The installers were very nice and quick and cleaned up everything after the windows were in. I'm, a very happy customer. I would later like to finish up the house with the remainder of the old windows. when I have the money to do so. I'm thinking that would be around the end of the summer or late spring. Thank you very much for the great job. love my new windows!!
