This property management company is one of the best that I have ever dealt with - great customer service.
The Worth Ross team is top notch. The best thing about this group is the active roll Worth Ross takes. We are always pleased to see him at our meetings and functions.
Having Worth Ross as our management company is an added value that has more than paid for itself. "Thank You" seems inadequate. If you are looking for a positive change, pick Worth Ross.
I originally hired WRMC when I was President of The Wyndemere at Turtle Creek. WRMC adds great value to an HOA and building with their boutique approach of management. In the four years I was President, I did not get one complaint from our 115 homeowners. A great company!
Worth Ross Management Company is always available to answer questions or issues - that is a big plus.
Seriously the worst management company I have ever had to deal with in my life!!!! The lack of communication and just care in general is insane! The project manager Jamie C. is also one of the most ignorant human beings I have ever dealt with! This management company should be avoided at all costs unless you would like to deal with random water shut offs, no hot water for 24 hour time periods, random construction, and lack of caring for the people that actually own the condos they are supposed to be managing!!!!
This property management company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Consistent no response to emails or phone calls. Always have an excuse for everything. Poor customer service. I would use any other company over this one as nobody could be as bad.
I wouldn't be able to fit all the issues in this form if I wanted to. Worth Ross/Local Dwelling is the worst property management company around. I had MULTIPLE issues (like the washer and/or dryer breaking at least 3 times while living there and staying broken for 3-4 weeks at a time) and always handled them professionally and courteously. I can't say the same about Worth Ross. They were kind in their interaction, but then would ignore me or lie to me about what the status was on my request. The house I lived in was a wreck, but rent was high and there was basically no maintenance. The hail storm that came through lakewood ruined our roof and broke 6 windows on the bottom floor. The windows weren't fixed when I moved out 2 months later, and they never bothered fixing the roof even though it was leaking in the master bedroom. They sent someone who had never done a walkthrough and wasn't even my agent to do the walkthrough. He said to my face that he didn't see any reason for me to be charged on my deposit, but they came back and charged me for cleaning and for pest control. The only pests we had were from the previous tenants and we paid for roach traps when we moved in. They mysteriously 'lost' my pet notice AND my move-in form. Sounds like a smart idea, that way they can come back and charge me for a 'dirty dryer' that they ADMITTED was broken (and i had reported two weeks prior without any response-oh yeah, that means 2 weeks of dirty laundry to move, wahoo).
They are complete crooks, avoid them if at all possible. Not to mention, the company was sold while I lived there and I went through 4 different property managers. I only had a one year lease.
Please note-I am an interior designer and take great care of my home. There is no way that it would have been dirty or even have pests. Sorry, I don't pay $1400/mo to live in filth.
My eyes weren't opened to how horrible it was until I moved to my new place. Paying $300 less a month but yet I have a GREAT property manager. He stayed at my home to wait for the cable guy while i visited my new neice in the hospital. Then he ran special errands to replace the AA batteries in under-cabinet lights that the previous tenant had installed. This was the day I moved in, mind you. Everything is answered in 48 hours or less.
Whatever you do, do EVERYTHING you can to steer clear of WORTH ROSS/LOCAL DWELLING.
