I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. I went to 5 other dealerships in the area and none could compare to the service i received here at the Ourisman of Bowie.
I do not have a whole lot of time to elaborate on every detail but if you take the time to at least see their diverse selection of vehicles it will be worth you time.
This was the only dealership that actually emailed me a true quote. All the others insisted I come in to discuss any pricing. When I did come in, I was treated in a very friendly manner, and never felt pressured.
The salesperson, Michael C, was very helpful and knowledgeable and if it was anyone else I'm not sure that I would've decided to make this purchase. He made it a great experience.
I stopped by the dealership to make an appointment for an oil change. The service person was very nice and informative. He was able to change my oil without making an appointment and had my car back to me within 30 minutes.
I like the ability to drop in and have basic maintenance completed. This makes it the place for me i travel for my job and it makes it easy. The girl who completed my finance when i purchased my car came out just to verify that the first service went well. I like to be treated special and they did a great job.
The service provided was quick and easy. The sales representative was very polite and patient while helping with my purchase.

I visited Ourisman Huyndai of Bowie on Saturday, June 30th with the possiblity of trading in my vehicle and upgrading to something newer. My appointment was initially made with Mr. Mitchell for the previous week, however I cancelled. Mr. Mitchell made a follow up call to me the morning of June 30th to follow up and answer any particular questions I had. I rescheduled my appointment and met with him that day. On my arrival to the dealership, I received a warm greeting by Mr. Mitchell and he discussed with me the steps for getting an appraisal and moving forward with a new purchase. Throughout my entire conversation with him he was professional, knowledgeable, proficient and outstanding in his delivery of information. I have always enjoyed visiting this location and was once again extremely pleased with the service I received.
