For A Abco employee, my Reference #741079 I purchased 2 drive shafts for my 2 truck's. Received them in time, clean them up from mud put new paint over the rust, gave to the shop to install it. Got the phone call that they was 2 inch longer. Didn't believe that Denis could be wrong on sending me shafts, ask them to verify again - and shafts was wrong and different (all cost me $150, I have receipt) Company refuse to take back or exchange, saying that it's not theirs anymore. Also in their "policy" (was not discussed prior over the phone) customer must pay shipping for the part even if they send wrong part. So they could send you anything they want (by "mistake") and you will have to pay back the shipping. I wish I would spend time BEFORE reading these comments. Owner refuse to talk to me over the phone, so I had to contact BBB and city licensing department. Waiting for the answers from them. Stay away from this "business".
Careful what you buy as return policy is very poor. (Need to apply towards other parts.) Bought a defective part that was not bench tested before they sold it.
Bad Bad deal – I have bought parts from them a fiew times. I am no longer going to deal with them. I cannot afford to replace there defective untested parts on customer cars. I have had bad wheel bearings bad heater control units and they were all tested. And recently a sunroof that listed as complete. After days of waiting for them to show up. They lost the order once put it on will call after giving me prices of shipping and the part. They are no loger on my list of part suppliers.
UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES – This company listed a part as
watch what u buy..... – Have gotten many parts over the years, and never have run into any problems. Until recently, I had picked up a cylander head and sent in to get tested. To then find out it was no good, so I brought it back to return it with nothing but problems. So, thinking this one's bad, I'll get another one. But unfortunately they did not have another one, so they told us they could not refund the money, but to only give store credit. That dosnt do any good when you are still without a head. So, it took a bit of convincing to get my money back. You would think, it would be commen sence to refund the money if there is no replacement part. But I am glad they finally were able to understand the situation.
Nice place – Overall I really like this place. Sometimes too busy, so the wait is a little long. But it's worth it. Once you try this place for auto parts, you'll be back. Great junkyard. I wish more could be like this.
Most organized junkyard I've ever seen! – I've been to a lot of junkyards, but none as clean and organized as this one. They really provide consumers (and shops like me) with a great way to fix a car without having to spend much money. The price for the parts I needed were about half of what what other junkyards wanted!
I wish I would have found this place years ago. I'll be back!
Great experience – This is not your typical junkyard. I was so impressed with how all of their parts are on shelves entered in a computer. The guys and gals working here are very friendly. Being a woman, I've usually avoided "junkyards", but this is no junkyard! Great warranty also, ONE YEAR! I didn't find that at any other place I called. I will definitely come back here again.
This place is impressive! I will go here again! – I needed a few parts for my car, and boy am I glad I found this place. They have a ONE YEAR warranty that doesn't cost anything extra. The people were nice, the parts were already pulled off the parts vehicle and waiting for me, and the price was way less than other places I called. I'm just so impressed!
