This is a very very crappy business. I purchased a car from this dealership back in January. Within an hour the car would not start, took it back to the dealership and I was willing to accept that it was a isolated circumstance and he 'fixed' it and I went home to Madison. A week later the check engine light went on and the car was having issues starting again. So I called him up, drove back to Green Bay, he gave me his mumbo-gumbo excuses for the problems, said he fixed it, and then I went home again. Five days later the check engine light went on again, and for 3 weeks had issues with the car starting aging. Furious, I stated that I wanted either a refund, a trade, or extension on my warranty. I brought the car back to Green Bay to be fixed once again. When he finished with the car, he waited until the shop was closed and he was away from the office to call me (so that we didn't have to meet in person I'm sure), and told me he couldn't offer me an extension on my warranty or refund/trade. He supposedly fixed the problem, again, and then I went back to Madison. Three days later my check engine light went on again. I started having the same exact issues with the starting of my car. Finally, today, my car stalled again in the middle of an intersection, putting myself in dangers way. I had the car towed to my local shop to have them look at it. They finally found the problem was with the Fuel Pump (which is why my car wouldn't stay idle/running when I started the car) and the ECU computer unit (which is why the car would sometimes not start at all) While the car was at the repair shop, it was completely undrivable because it wouldn't even start. I paid $1100 for the final fixes and NOW the car has no problem starting or idling. This was a problem from DAY ONE and the dealer didn't fix it for me under my warranty. When I asked to make a deal for reimbursement, he told me there was nothing wrong with the fuel pump and that he doesn't owe me anything and then claimed to tell me it was MY fault for buying a used car and that I was a 'nightmare' to work with.This man clearly doesn't not know how to run a business, does not have the skills to work on vehicles, and his lack of communication and contacting you back after leaving messages for him, is absolutely absurd. Brandon you made this a terrible experience for me and I will make sure to never give you or your business a good review.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY – My parents went to look at a 2004 Acura RSX that Specialty Auto Sales had for sale. The advertisement states "6495.00 2004 Acura RSX. 2.0L 4 cylinder i-vtec engine with automatic transmission. Only 130,000 original miles! 1 OWNER!!! Non-smoker! MINT CONDITION INSIDE AND OUT!!!!!! New battery, new OEM oxygen sensor, new starter, recent BF goodrich tires, recent brakes, recent oil change, power everything including moonroof, keyless entry, cruise, tilt, Alpine CD player, and more! Kelly Blue Book PRIVATE PARTY VALUE is over 7500!"
The owner of the Auto Sales Store informed my parents that the Vehicle was one owner which belonged to his "ex-girlfriend" and awas involved in a small fender bender. After all the facts that the store owner had told them they were interested in purchasing the vehicle. They put downpayment cash to hold the vehicle until the next day when they can talk to a bank about financing. When they got home they pulled a Car fax On the vehicle. Turns out the vehicle has had 4 owners with EVERY owner being involved in a Major Accident resulting in a Major Loss each time. The vehicle does have a Salvage title, which was not informed to my parents.
My parents are refusing to purchase the vehicle now and Brandon will not refund them their money they put down to hold the vehicle. I called Brandon to discuss this issue and he was VERY rude, he told me,
