Where do I start? When the movers arrived, they walked through my house to tell me what they could and could not transport. Please keep in mind, when I called to schedule the move I went room by room informing Pete of the items in each room that needed to be moved; not once did Pete mention the things that could not be transported. For example, I told Pete that we had a lawn mower, weed eater, blower, etc. Pete never mentioned to me to make sure these items did not contain gasoline or other type of oil, liquid, etc. After one of the movers told me of all the things they could not transport, which took approximately 30 minutes, for movers who are charging by the hour, the guy handed me a two-page typed document of how things should be packed and what could not be transported. Please explain to me why this document was not mailed, emailed or read to me at the time I scheduled my move? If this had been done, I could have been better prepared. Well about two hours into the loading of the truck, I was told all my belongings would not fit in the truck. What a shock, because when I scheduled the move I was told a 26-foot truck would accommodate moving a three-bedroom home. To move the rest of my belongings that were not loaded onto the truck, I had to rent a uhaul truck and pay someone to finish moving the rest of my belongings which according to the movers could not fit onto their truck. Those items included: a 40 and 42 inch flat screen TV, several boxes, an end table with glass top, all lawn care equipment, three floor glass vases, baby swing, baby bouncer seat, three-tier rolling cart, two glass mirrors, two boxes of cleaning supplies, three large white clear bags that contained shoes, one clear bag that contained clothes hangers, etc. To transport the rest of my things I had to load my car, my realtor's truck and the rented uhaul truck. When I called to complain, I was given an excuse for everything that was not transported.
Regarding payment, the two-page document I was given said acceptable form of payments were cash, check or credit card. However, when I was asked for payment, I was told payment was by cash or credit card. Please explain, why I did not have the option to pay by check. Also on the two-page report, it not once mentioned if you pay by credit card there is a 3% charge. Again, why was this not told to me or documented on that two-page document -which at the time I received it was useless.
I have called several times to get this issue resolved; each time I was told someone will pull my ticket and call me back the "next day." We'll, the "next day" has never come. If you are in need of transport/moving services, please do not contact this company - pay the extra cost of the other companies to ensure you get quality service.
I saw the other review and had none of those issues myself. I paid for a Living Social deal for the two hours. Ken and Rodney called before coming to advise they would be here in 15-20 minutes (right on time).
Both were very courteous and professional. We were having them pack a U-Haul truck for moving - some very heavy items (including a 400lbs motorized couch).
They completed everything in under two hours (living social), this included a bed, desk, entertainment center, 42 medium sized boxes, kitchen table, buffet table, bookcase, dresser and some odd sized items. As with the industry you pay for when they leave the warehouse and when they return so we were only responsible for 0.5 hour. They did an AMAZING job with packing everything in (saved a ton of room) and strapping it all down.
There isn't a single negative thing I can say. I was blown away - right after they departed I called the office to express my satisfaction. I am moving (this move was for my girlfriend) at the end of this month and will use them again, as well as any other time I move.
Very satisfied customer here! Based on my own experience I highly recommend them!

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!! Don't trust any good reviews. The "owner" of this "company" makes fake accounts to LIE to your face with positive reviews!!! The "company" is a joke and the owners are a joke to LIE about their business. Don't trust shady people like them, they are obliviously not honest people and will try to bully you around.
Absolutely the worst company ever. When they moved us we were over charged by a hour and half and when they moved our couches they scratched our hardwood floors and left a gigantic 18inch scratch and are claiming no responsibility. In addition we had several boxes with our valuables crushed. They placed heavy boxes on top of light ones. A major disappointment to see professionals handle and care for goods with such lack of expertise. We could have moved our own goods with less damage than we experienced with hiring "professionals".

These guys had to carry "everything" up our drive way, the trucks could not make it up the driveway without getting stuck on the cement, that's how steep it is!
I felt for them, but they just moved right along and had great fellowship between them.
My husband was the first to notice how well the guys worked together and how they always said yes sir and no sir. You don't hear that anymore...

Worst Movers – The movers were scheduled to arrive at my apartment between 1pm and 2pm and were three hours late.What made the situation worse was that no one called me to inform me they would be late, and instead I had to call for updates and received only excuses and no apologies. While I appreciated that they sent four guys but only charged me for two to help make this quicker, only two guys moved things from the inside of my apartment to the truck while the other two did not help except to move the really big pieces of furniture at the end.In addition, the two movers who did all the work were complaining about how the other two weren
