My wife and I bought two Jeeps at Parkway Chrysler Jeep yesterday. I was glad I shopped around and found Parkway. They saved us around $6000 overall. The sales people are super nice and made this all a wonderful experience. Rachel Collier and Steven Rousseau are the best. Thanks to everyone at Parkway Chrysler Jeep. You have two happy customers!

I have purchased two pre-owned vehicles from the dealership within the past 3 years and experienced exceptional customer service from Brian Sepetian on both occassions. I have returned on occassion for oil changes and the service has been very good. Not much waiting time involved. I would recommend the dealership.

The few other dealerships I contacted would not even give the most minimal of information, all I heard was I wont be able to do anything until I get you in our dealership. That to me is the most inefficient way for both the salesperson and the buyer. If we are miles apart on the pricing I would see no reason to come in and waste both an hour of mine and the salespersons time. Thank you again for working at the 11th hour to make everything happen, we are very happy with our new Wrangler.

Regarding my recent car purchase my experience was very good. Rachel Collier was very helpful and patient with us as we reviewed the options. She put together a beneficial package of discounts and trade-in credits that resulted in an affordable "bottom line" that my wife and I were able to pay in cash as we hoped for.

We like the beautiful new white Chrysler 200 and enjoy the comfortable ride and excellent performance of the pepy 6cyl engine.

I recently purchased two used vehicles from Parkway. A 2007 Chrysler 300C AWD and a 2008 Town and Country Limited. I have been happy with both. One month after I purchased the 300C (as is, no warranty) I noticed the front rotors vibrated alarmingly under heavy braking. Parkway owed me nothing but took the car in and fixed the issue. They aren't the cheapest around but I got a fair deal on both cars and have had no complaints. You can find cheaper online but the conveniance and selection at the dealership is unsurpassed. That's worth a little extra to me.

Ted and the people that worked so very hard to get us financed (my husband is on disability and we had filed for bankruptcy in 2010) were fantastic. They made us feel that those factors were minor and they would make the financing happen and they did! It was by far the best experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle. I will most certainly refer family and friends to Parkway. Thank you.
