Absolute Horse Sh*t company I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, they are scammers and will rip you off.
I can't begin to tell you how Pi$$ED off I was, I rented a bus for my girlfriends 40 birthday which was the big one. I was was with my friend so both of us could pay half, we physically went into this place to check out the bus "which they didn't have". When we purchsed this we were quoted a price of 600 dollars from 8:30 - 2:30 am I know I was their and my friend witness the entire transaction. Come day of the party they show up and as we were about to get on the bus they had no recollection of the time frame and said we only had the bus till 12:00 PM so we immediately called them to find out what the deal was they said we had only paid till 12:00 PM which was an absolute lie. We both called them out to say what scam artist they are and will be spreading this to everyone of our 10,000 friends in the Dallas, Denton, Austin and Ft. Worth area to give this company a bend over for what they did to us. We wound up having to pay another $200 on top of the $600 dollars already spent. I felt really bad for the driver, it wasn't his fault, but I am letting everyone know stay far away from renting SH*T from this company unless you want to have a complete F job of a time getting scammed. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and have there company investigated for FRAUD.

I spent a significant amount of time talking to A 2 Z limos about their product before booking. Tony assured me that the price I was paying was due to a superior product compared to the other competition. This company promised a high quality product with an experienced driver and they delivered neither.
The party bus was late to our pick up location. The party bus was supposedly for 24 people and it did not even seat 20. The air conditioning did not work, it blew hot air the entire time. The sound system did not work. The television did not work. And the driver admitted that he had never even been on this bus, let alone operated a bus of this size.
The bus was so hot that people were getting sick. While the bus driver was operating the vehicle, he said that he felt like he was going to pass out!!!!! I spent 20 minutes on the phone with people in the A 2 Z office, with no help. I was “disconnected” 4 times during that 20 minutes. They offered to fix the bus while we were at the sporting event however, we were planning on tailgating on the bus. We arrived 3 hours early to tailgate and the bus essentially just dropped everyone off and then left. The owner Jimmy offered to deduct our fee by $200 which would not even cover the amount of time the bus was gone nor the very expensive VIP bus parking pass that we paid for. Then the owner blamed US for turning off the A/C by flipping some “switch located in the back of the bus”. NOW, if this switch actually exists why didn’t they mention it while I was on the phone with them for that 20 minutes.
All in all... A 2 Z Limo has the worst product and the worst customer service that I have ever experienced and to make it worse based on other YELP reviews this same type of incident happened to another group of people on the same weekend it happened to my group. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU USE THIS COMPANY.
NIGHTMARE LIMO COMPANY! Poor Equipment and Worse Service! – I rented a limo from A2Z for my son's prom with 12 passengers. A2Z showed up with the "party bus" I was promised for $1200. I paid the driver in full up front in cash. Approximately 15 min after paying the driver, I noticed the bus was extremely hot in the back where the passengers sit. I questioned the driver and he tried to turn on the A/C only to discover it was broken. At that time, my passengers arrived and began to sweat in prom gowns and tuxedos because there was no air. I called the dispatch and they RELUCTANTLY agreed to switch out the bus for one. Here is where the trouble started. The driver parked the "hot" bus at a 7-11 parking lot for approximately 1 hour while my kids waited for the replacement bus to arrive. Keep in mind, this hour was on my dime. I paid for them to have working equipment, not sit in a parking lot. Ultimately, the replacement bus arrived and it was horrible. It was old and resembled an airport shuttle bus. Very poor quality and my passengers were mortified. They were more than an hour late to prom and were dropped off in a pitiful excuse for a bus. When the kids began to complain to their parents, I asked them to send me a photo and I was shocked. We paid $1200 cash for a nice bus and they were ripped off. I tried calling the A2Z Limo dispatch again and they would not answer our call. I suppose they had caller ID. I called several times from my own cell and my fathers cell. Neither were answered, all ignored. Soon after, we began receiving random text messages from unknown numbers saying "SUP" and "WHO IS THIS, etc." - It was the A2Z dispatch management using cell phones to make sure they were not ignoring someone elses call. We were pretty angry by this time. In an effort to make contact with the company and demand a partial refund because we were not in a bus that was of equal quality, we ended up driving out to the prom location to see the bus ourselves and talk to the driver. The driver was very nice. We asked the driver to call his boss, named "JIMMY" and allow us to speak to him. Naturally, Jimmy answered immediately. The driver gave the phone to my father and things got increasingly ugly from there. Jimmy was rude, disrespectful, argumentative, demeaning, arrogant and cocky. He hung up the phone on us multiple times and we were just "talking" - trying to improve the situation. In the end after MUCH MUCH MUCH negotiation, the company sent out a Stretch Hummer to pick the kids up from Prom. They only had enough time to spend an hour in the Hummer. Bottom line, we asked for additional time and they never called back. When the kids got home they felt cheated, as did the parents. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We believed that a portion (at least half) of our money should be refunded immediately due to the lost time from sitting in the parking lot at 7-11 for an hour and also due to the poor quality bus they were dropped off from prom in. In addition, the sheer fact that this man (Jimmy) was so unbelievably rude was disgraceful. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I feel that he should refund half of our money due to the inconveniences, terrible service, time lost and lack of quality. So far, we have not seen a dime. Disgusted with this company... DONT USE THEM!
Best Limo Weekend – We traveled to dallas for superbowl. Contracted A2Z limo couple of weeks before the event, because of the bad weather had to change the timing and location. The office staff was very helpful and limo was on time all through out the week. Every thing would have been perfect if they had stock bar with liquor. I will use this company on my next visit
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! – What a total Nightmare!!!!!
I rented a Limo for my daughter's prom and this was the absoulte worst experience/service ever. The Limo driver was 45 minutes to an hour late. I had to call the office repeatedly to check the status - only to receive the worst customer service ever from "VANESSA" I was told three different stories why the driver was late...1st he was lost, 2nd he had a flat, 3rd he didn't show up and they had to get a replacement !!! She was very rude, cold and uncaring. I would not recommend A2Z Limo services to anyone!!!!!
Terrible Company – Rented a limo for 4 hours for my son's 21st birthday. Unfriendly driver, miscommunication with reservations and receptionist (had to drive to my son's apt and give my cc card again) and worst.......abandoned drunk 21 year olds because were 10 minutes late out of the bar. I would have gladly accepted the charges but he chose to LEAVE intoxicated clients at the bar!!!!!! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. The "general manager" is suppose to call me but I am getting the run around!!
Worst night ever - ruined my friend's 30th B-day – My friend's wife picked a to z to take us from Dallas to OKLA for the casinos for her husbands 30th bday - a 90 min trip. The bus we rented- when it arrived was hot - esp w/ 20 people. 45 min into the trip the bus started smoking - it was leaking transmission fluid. It took over 90 minutes to get a replacement bus. At one point, the owner threatened to "leave us stranded on the side of the highway and take his losses". Second bus came and 10 miles later we had to pull over bc the belt was coming off of one of the tires. We waited for another 2 hours for a replacement bus. By this time we decided to head back to Dallas. Also, on the third bus the emergency exit window was missing a latch so it was loose the entire way home. In the end we spent 8 hours driving from Dallas to Sherman on a Saturday night with most of the time spent on the side of a highway and Valero gas station. Worst experience ever from any company - will never even think of using them or recommending them again- Is there a way to give negative stars on this site?

Worst Limo experience EVER!!!! – If customer service is not important to you, and you would like to be shafted by the inept staff, (i.e. Vanessa), then by all means; Do business here. However be warned, because they seem to enjoy harassing the bridal party and repeatedly not communicating your itinerary correctly. It was a HUGE mistake... I wish I went with a different company ... Any company!!!
BEST LIMO SERVICE I HAD – THE LIMO WAS ORDERED BY MY GIRLFRIEND TO SURPRISE ME ON MY 4OTH BIRTHDAY. OH YA WAS I SURPRISED!!!! THE DRIVER WAS TEN MINUTES EARLY AND WELL DRESSED; LIMO HAD COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS WHICH WAS A A PLUS IN BOOK, LAST LIMO I HAD FROM A DIFFERENT SERVICE HAD NOTHING IN IT. THE CHAUFFEUR WENT OVER THE CONTROLS AND TOOK US TO DELFRISCO IN DALLAS. I HAD MISPLACED HER BUSINESS CARD TO CALL HER FOR RETURN; HOWEVER, AS WENT OUT THE DOOR SHE WAS STANDING BY WAITING ON US. SHE TOOK US BACK HOME WITH A SMOOTH RIDE.
