It has been a long time if ever that I experienced such rude treatment on the phone! This outfit obviously does not care to help folks - hung up on me before hearing the whole story, twice. STAY AWAY!!
I am a customer that was lookig for a tv repair that be honest and serious. I am impressed of this company Instant TV Repair. I dont understand when you are looking around you called and called different places they give a bad reputation of the other bussinesses around. It happens to me called other tv shops and talked terrible abouth this people..but I say why if this company is in the first place in town and in the area.
And I just called Instant TV Repair, I had a Samsung DLP in 3 labor days they got my TV fixed I feel very happy of their service...had excellent service I recomend this company as very serious people.
Had a Samsung 50" Big Screen that has picture problems, the image was like 3D I called to Instant TV Repair when I explained to the what was happening with my tv, they told me that they was going to send the technician with more experience and could repair my TV at home, when I heard this though that it was going to be expensive and told them to give an estimate on the phone, but they told they could not do it because they wasnt the technics but they was sure taht they will give a good price. When the technician came to my house seems that it was a good experience man, checked the TV and told me about theTV problem gave me the price and repair the tv at home.
I reccomend this company because since I called they gave me a solution and where honest with me.
I had a Toshiba DLP, I called Instant TV Repair this company is a serious and efficient ,I am very happy with the service I received last week....Albert and Mike very nice guys, my TV has'nt have any problem since they repair it, I reccomend this company...as responsible, they keep inform the client is very good because you know the statement of your TV.

I called in last September to have my 42" Samsung fixed. They came out, said it would be $200 and took the TV for 3 days. They brought it back and it still doing the same thing. since then they have taken the TV 3 times, once for three weeks in December. When they finally brought it back it was still not fixed. I call, leave messages which are never returned and when they do answer they hang up on me. I spent several hundred dollars and I still have a broken TV. I checked the addresses they list and according to Google maps one is a Lowes parking lot, one is a self stoage facility, one is a hospital, one is a corner with only a 7-11 and gas station. One address I could not find. These are not honest people. They say they guarantee their work. What a laugh. Do not do business with them. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away.
Repair techs were dispatched to home to repair TV from flickering on the screen. After removing and replacing circuits on power panels ( which I later found out, the panels should have just been replaced) the screen had dark spots from the television being improperly laid down to be serviced. The technicians answer to the problem was to state that's "it was like that before" of course, it was not. After voicing serious disappointment to Albert and his partner, they offered a discount on the service claiming to have fixed the problem they came for ( the flickering ) and there was nothing they could do about the screen problem. Believe it or not, this is only the tip of the iceberg, 15 minutes after they had left, the screen went completely dark and called back to the office phone number. After stating my dissatisfaction, the person answering the phone ( I presume, the owner ) assured me he wold speak with Albert and give me a call back, of course he did not. For the next week, I could not get my phone calls answered unless I called in on a different phone ( caller ID?) and once I announced who I was got hung up on. I have never dealt with a more disrespectful, unprofessional business as this. All I asked for was a refund of the repair that was botched, nothing for the fact that the set was ruined (verified by authorized manufacturer ).
DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, MAY AS WELL JUST TOSS YOUR SET AWAY, IT WILL BE RUINED IF THEY TOUCH IT!!!!
I called today 8/1/12 in hopes of having my Samsung DLP TV fixed. They said they could come out TODAY between 5-7 pm. Mike and Albert came and fixed it within 1/2 hour. They knew what the problem was and fixed it. They were courteous, respectful and professional. They deserve a raise!
Dishonest!!! This business is NOT an "authorized Samsung service center". You can find that out by calling Samsung Corp. They took my $$ and TV for 3 weeks, making excuses as to why it wasn't fixed. I got my broken TV back, less the $$ I paid them, They lied to me saying it "couldn't be fixed", when in fact, it could be fixed. However, they aren't able to by the Samsung part that was needed. I've reported to the Better Business Bureau, but Affordable TV won't return any of their phone calls. BEWARE - these are not honest people running this business.
Great Company and Great Service!!! – Mike from affordable tv repair came out to my home on 7/13/12 and checked our Samsung 52" LCD 1080p and he Diagnosed the problem as being the Signal Module and was able to repair it same day at a very affordable price! very happy with this service! highly recommend this company
Not satisfied yet. June 6 - Called and repaired same day, thought every thing was great. Left for vacation so didn't use TV for 10 days. Came back, started using TV again, same problem. Unfortunately, notice it doesn't work after business hours, so call and left a message - at least 5 times in 8-9 day period. No answer or return calls. Checked website, got a different number and left another message. Mike and Albert left citysearch info, so maybe this will get their attention. Guess I have to drive to south Tampa shop.
So definitely not satisfied yet.
