Safety is a top priority at every self storage facility we operate. Video surveillance runs 24/7 and our self storage property is fully-fenced, with an access controlled gate so that tenants can enter with a unique PIN code. The sense of safety is all in the details; a well-lit facility means that you will be comfortable on our storage property at night.
Our mission is to satisfy every customer – all the time. Cleanliness not only keeps our property safe, but provides a suitable environment for all your personal or business items.
Repeat Customer – I've had great luck renting from here and have been a repeat customer three years in a row. Whether you need a unit for a month or a year, they work with you and usually give you a good deal. I always get a unit on the first floor, inside. My only complaint, is that in the three years I've been there, only once, we forgot to take our lock after moving and the person helping me, put it back on. I didn't find out until 15 days after I was supposed to be out and they tried to charge me 1/2 month. I figured I had been a loyal customer for long enough and a small error didn't justify the charge. And, I miss Bill, the old manager. The new one isn't as laid back. He might not waive a fee if you were charged extra for something.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! – I would NOT give this Storage Mart any star except you have too. This StorageMart has the worst "customer service" in the KC area. They charge fake "insurance" fees, and the DO NOT post when they charge "late fees." I have been a customer for over 2 years and have indeed paid $1000's & $1000's of dollars BUT NOT in rent for storage but for misc. late fees, cut the lock fees, advertising fees etc. and I have never complained, I was late, but I was recently 12 hours late (according to them) and I was charged $25.00. Had I known that the date was not correct cut off date-I could have hand delivered my payment, since I work 19 BLOCKS away from the location. But they had to have their late charge-fine, I would/will NEVER rent or store with this company again EVER! They couldn't say "we will forgive this fee this time." They would rather say drop dead-we want the $25.00 instead of having good customer service relations. So, if I were you, find out ALL about late fees, upon late, late fees-these people have no concept of "customer service." Try and find someone who wants your business and understands "customer service!" Phyllis Marshall
