Great dealership, cool place – I drove by here, a little reluctant at first especially with all the other experiences I've had at dealerships in the area. But, alas! I finally made the move and bought myself a car. I picked up a new Accord. The saleswoman, Kerry made me feel at ease, everyone was really very nice, and John the manager should be a comedian, funny guy. Ultimately, what sold me was their 10yr/100,000 miles warranty, and the free oil changes for life. One thing though is I didnt understand why they still have St. Patrick's Day decorations up. lol

Worst experience – The worst experience of buying a new car. It seems like a total scam now..They fix you up on the price but that is not what they sell you the car for. They add bunch of other - service contracts, etch upgrades, down payment protection..linking them to your credit approval..and this can go up to an additional $3000. As someone said before, they hurry up through the documentation and you don't get the time to read every word of it. In my case, they did not give me the papers until a month as they convinced me that they will fetch me the best interest rate on the loan and send me the papers.

Make sure you read every word of the document you sign..do not ever trust these scamsters. You have the right to deny any additional service contracts or protection..as these are completely voluntary and are not required to obtain more favorable terms of credit.

Awful Service Department – This dealership has a very poor service department and high costs. I've bought the car here and had problems in the first year. They took them 3 weeks to fix the car, they left a tool inside the car and messed up the interior with grease and only after I started proceedings with the lemon law they started to get their act together. 2 years later my spare key was not working (I never tested it before) and they wanted to charge me $95 to program it, a 30 second job. I escalated to the General Manager and got the key programmed free of charge.

Worst dealership. They lie and rip you off. – When discussing the options with the salesman for a new lease, I was told that the vehicle had Bluetooth. It was the first question I had as it was the biggest thing for me. We then sat down, and discussed numbers based on the options they told me the vehicle had. After we agreed on the number based on the way the vehicle was described, and the contracts were signed and money was paid, the vehicle was washed and brought around for us to leave. As I'm getting in the car, he (The salesman) told me "I messed up, the vehicle doesn't have Bluetooth."

It was Saturday night and the parts department was closed, so we agreed that Monday morning he would call the parts department and order the parts needed to have the Bluetooth option installed. I had to call 3-4 times a day as the salesman never called me. I finally went in on Wednesday night and spoke to the manager, only to find out that the salesman never checked about the part nor did he even speak to anyone, and the manager tells me it's too late, the money was already funded.

The only thing they offered was to have a aftermarket product installed and they would split the cost. It took a full day for them to say they would cover the whole cost but they would not alter my payments. They told me that the only vehicle that had Bluetooth (Factory) was the next model up, which I said I would accept a swap and pay the higher payment, but they were asking $50 more per month over other dealerships. The salesman and the manager I dealt with were both nasty and unhelpful and I was told "I don't want to hear another word about the Consumer Afairs" and "If you wanna bump heads, I got the hardest head."

All I wanted was to be put into the next model up which has the option I wanted, and I would pay the fair value, not $50 more. What are my options? It seems the salesman delayed the first couple of days to have the money funded so I can't get out. The vehicle is not what I negotiated. Why should I pay?
