Caiden was a pleasure to work with. While other dealers took two hours just to appraise and quote a new car and go back and forth bringing in manager and GM they got me to what I wanted in less than 30 mins! Professional by email which brought me in and accommodating in person to get the deal.
Brandon and David were very helpful and patient dealing with me, and I am probably the worst kind of customer. Stubborn, and set on the price I wanted to pay. They worked with me and my wife and we found a price we were all happy with. Went out of their way for me and the customer service is stellar. Thanks guys, love the vehicle!!
I had a great experience. When I first arrived the car I wanted to see from web site was sold. The salesman, Caiden showed me another and let me test drive. I knew I wasn't going to buy Thursday and I felt no pressure. Caiden found another car that was closer to my request and I came back Saturday to check it out. Caiden was busy and paired me with Ted (equally great salesman). This has been one of the less pressure and more informative car buying experiences I have had. Thank you Caiden, Ted and Rich.
Pretty decent experience all in all. One of the sales managers tried to bully me about my trade, but I knew another and said if he didn't get him I would take my trade and leave. If you have any problems with sales managers, ask for David Neumann, he is FANTASTIC! I adore my new Civic, they had the color I wanted in stock, and we got the price I wanted.
Worst experince ever buying a new car – Salesman was dishonest, manager was dishonest. I was told that they could get the vehicle desired, made a deposit. Next day they called and said they couldn't get the vehicle. I was told my deposit check would be shredded, it was cashed instead. I have emailed and am trying to get my money back as I had to go to another dealer an hour away to get the vehicle I wanted. Dishonesty was rampant at Honda of Concord.
Great Customer Service – I was extremely pleased with my experience at Honda of Concord. I decided to trade in my 2008 Honda Accord for a 2011 Honda Civic. I was looking to get a vehicle with better gas mileage. Wes and Victor both took such great care of me. They were able to look at my current vehicle to see how much I could get for a trade in. Then, they ran the numbers to see how much it would cost me monthly to purchase the new Civic. Best of all, they were able to roll in all charges into my monthly payment including the Service Care option, all for 0.9% financing. They were patient, helpful, and most of all they listened to my needs and answered all of my questions. I am so happy with my new Civic and plan to continue to use Honda of Concord in the future for all of my car buying needs.
