I went there on Monday 9/2/2013 at 7:40 Pm , and that was my first / last visit to this place, when I first enter the restaurant, was no one by the door or even close by to direct me where to sit, I was in a situation that I don't know what to do, did I should set on any table ??? or walk to the cashier and place my order ??? then, I decided to go to the cashier and place my order, I order Biryani plate and Coca cola for drink , then someone between the age of 35-45 came from the back of the restaurant and saw me placing my order with the cashier, and he star yelling at me, and he told me with angry face go sit down on any of the tables, and we will send some one to take your order!!!
I was so shocked, and I ask my self, what did I do wrong ??? and then I told the cashier to cancel my order and I left the restaurant, when he saw me leaving the restaurant ??? he told me ... yea ... Go
Avoid Avoid Avoid – Until few months back, I was a big fan of this restaurant but
since they have moved to a new location in the same complex, quality of food is horrible. It looks like it is not the same Chef who used to cook delicious food.
Not worth going there.
Too much price, Too much oil.
Rather Disgusted – This place is a hole in the wall. FOOD WAS OILY AND THE NAAN WAS TOO HARD. I HAD DIARAHEA THE NEXT DAY. ALSO YOU WILL GET POOR SERVICE FROM THE SHORT UGLY DARK SKINNED OWNER.
INDIAN FOOD AT IT'S BEST – I so love biryanis and they just serve on of the finest and best biryanis here. I always come out so full everytime I visit this place. They have good and friendly staff.
Great Place!!!! – The people there are so freindly, It was the only place I was able to eat when I was pregnant with my daughter because there spices are so fresh, I went there recently with my friends who have never had that type of food and everything they have is great, the gentlemen helped me pick out what to have and it was a great choice each time.. I highly recommend trying Noorani!!
Best Biryani in LA area.. – Hey, for all those biryani fans, their yellow rice chicken/lamb biryanis are the best.. And for curries, their chicken jalfrazi is owesome!!
DAMM GOOD Pakistani/Indian food – I'm no expert on South Asian food but it's good to me. My favorite item is their Chicken Tikka Masala (you usually can't go wrong with this dish but I've been proved wrong) and their qurma is good as well. Aaloo palak is also a must. And you can't go wrong with the Garlic Naan, roti or paratha. Food might be a lil oily for some but that's what the tandoori bread is for and start dipping. If you're going to get their Samosa I would go Veggie.
Best in California – Ask any true Indian this is the Best damm indian food in all of california, heck its the best indian food west of Chicago. I have travled the world and I as a conasuer of food and as a retrired chef this is the best damm place in the state of california. I have been to Shanawaz, Shaan, Akbar, Taste of India, clay oven, and I tell you these guys beat the pants of all these places when it comes to taste.
