BEAUTIFUL WORK!. I brought my car to Keford recently, and I can't believe how good it came out. Not only are the repairs and paint work beautiful, but they cleaned the inside of the car, better than I ever have! It's nice to know there are still quality, family owned businesses that really care about great personal service, and outstanding craftsmanship.

Keford Always Goes Above and Beyond. The best compliment you can give a business is your repeat business. I have had the pleasure of working with these true professionals in this industry on a few occasions. Each time the staff was friendly, and accurate, the work was flawless and you genuinely felt that these folks really cared about your satisfaction. When my car was complete I was notified immediately. I can't thank Keford enough for the excellent service and workmanship. You won't find a better group to work with. Thanks Keford.

BEST BODY SHOP HANDS DOWN!. My car had alot of damage, $10,000, from an accident. Keford towed me from the accident scene, and got me into a rental car that day. I was very shaken, but the staff at Keford was very nice and put me at ease. The said they would handle everything with the Insurance company, and for me to relax and let them do their job. They certainly followed through on their word. When I got my car back it looked better than it did when it was new, and they even cleaned the whole interior and exterior. I would highly recommend Keford to anyone who had a Major Accident, these guys really know their stuff!

Best Body Shop Ever!!!. Wow, these guys no what they are doing. I dropped my car off in the morning and they had it done the same day! They ordered everything ahead of time then scheduled me in and had everything done the same day, plus I got a Lifetime Warranty! I'll never go to one of those discount direct repair shops again. It was great to be treated like a valued customer and not just a number for some insurance company.

KEFORD DOES IT RIGHT!. I brought my car to Keford Collision many times over the years. They have always bent over backwards to help me. They've handled everything for me! Towed my car, got me a rental car everything was right there, it was great! Excellent workmanship, you would never know I had an accident! I would highly recommend Keford Collison to anyone who has been in an accident, and wants the job done right!

HORRIBLE TIMING AND STAFF. Keford took nearly 2 MONTHS to repair my car. I heard on several occassions that the wrong parts were ordered, they were having problems with sheet metal and "we are hoping for late next week." After 5 weeks when I called to inquire about my car, the receptionist mocked me to one of the towing people when she thought she put me on hold and I was actually on speaker phone. Two of the FOUR loaner cars I went through had major mechanical problems (I was nearly 40 miles from home with the transmission in 2001 Taurus gave out). Everything that could go wrong with this repair HAS GONE WRONG. I would never recomend this company to anyone and will never take my car there for anything ever again!!
