Worst dont dare to go here – I want to rate is o starts which i dont have an option in this, dont even dare to step in this place, they will rip you off. The movement you enter you can see they are here to rip you pocket off.
Worst Dental Experience of my life – I went in due to a toothache and spent 3 hrs waiting- the person who took my x-rays was horrible and even forgot to put the xray films on the device they put in your mouth, and I had to get x-rays twice because she didn't put them in right. I was given a referral for a root canal and went to a great endodontist, but had to go back for a crown. When I went back my daughter also went for fillings and we were there for 4 hours and when I had the temp crown done they numbed my mouth, but went away for about an hour and by the time they came back - my mouth wasn't very numb, and I have never experienced that before in my life- I just prayed and made it through, it was painful but I endured. Me and my daughter had an appointment on the same day and they didn't even start her fillings until I was done. The dentist who worked on her teeth wasn't even going to numb her mouth and started to fill her teeth, until she cried out and they acted like they didn't even want to do it- well, an hour later after leaving a few times and coming back, like they did with me, finally we were done. I verified with my insurance before going there that it would cost approximately $320 dollars for my crown and $120 for my daughter, I ended up paying almost $800 and questioned them because I was told a different price form my insurance plan and was told that the crown is $1200 and they are giving me a discount - some crap like that. Well, I have to go back tomorrow to get the permanent crown and I am so dreading it, like I never have before. I already payed, so I am going to get it done. I already complained to my insurance company and have picked out another dentist and made sure they had absolutely no connection with Monarch or their Smile spa, are in any other way. The place was dirty and smelled and the hygienist was wearing dirty stained up clothes. I am really praying for my visit tomorrow- please keep me in your prayers. I cannot even rate a zero - I was forced to rate one star- so please don't take that as a vote in any shape or form.
Worst I've ever experienced – Horrible experience. Lots of waiting. Inept employees. On my first visit they took xrays. Then they wanted me to do $6.000 in dental work. Rediculous. I've been regularly going to a dentist for 40 years and I've never had an experience this bad.
Stay away!! – They treat you like if they either don't care about you or if like thay just care about your insurance making the payments. At the waiting room, II witnessed a lady that came to get her Xrays and results because she wanted to change dental provider. They not only would not give her what she was rightfully claiming but they did called the Police and actually had the lady thrown out of the clinic. Something about the Xrays being property of the Clinic and not of the patient. Anyways it was just crazy. I only went for a routine check up and they wanted to charge me $2,790 dollars for Periodontal treatment and a root canal that according to the Dentist "i might need" That amount was only the 30% (my insurance covered the rest). I am still debating whether I should do it or not. But i think I'll just wait until I can change providers and will ask for a second opinion.
Scary Dental Experience! Be VERY Careful – I went to Monarch Dental in Valley Ranch and had the . While the people were friendly, the actual service
I went to Monarch Dental in Valley Ranch and had the worst experience that I?ve ever had in my life. While the people were friendly, the actual service rendered was horrible.
It took about 3 months and 7 visits to complete 4 crowns, all of which were started on at the same time---in the first visit. Each appointment took double the time originally allotted for it and rarely did I ever leave the building without being in pain. The pain was unbearable and twice I had to be prescribed vicadin. One of the assistants seemed high all of the time often forgetting utensils during surgery. Additionally, the equipment was outdated. Three drills broke while I was there during appointments. I?m happy to have made it out alive.
What I?ve discovered is that I?m not the only one having had a less than pleasant experience. While sitting in the waiting room, three other people shared their horror stories about getting service there; two of which were coming to pick up their dental records to change dentists.
My recommendation is avoid that place at all costs.
