STOLED MY COMPUTER..DONT EVER GO HERE! I ALREADY HAVE A LAWYER AND SET A POLICE CLAIM. THEYRE IN THE PROCESS OF INVESTIGATING THE PLACE, THESE MEN WILL GET CAUGHT FOR DONG FRAUD. MET UP WITH MANAGER DARREN AND GAVE 350 DOLLARS FOR FIX , GAVE EXCUSES SAYING IT WOULD BE MORE TO FIX THE SCREEN THEN TO WAIT 4 OR 6 DAYS N EVER CALLED BACK, NOW TURNED OFF THE PHONE. REPEAT DONT MEET UP WITH THESE GUYS DARREN OR DERRICK, BLACK LIGHT SKIN GUY WITH FRO DRIVING COMPUTER WIZ TRUCKS. WE ALREAY HAVE THEIR LICENSE PLATE AND PROF OF THEM SAYING IT WAS DONE, SO ITS FRAUD!!! DIDNT GIVE BACK COMPUTER OR MONEY , HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM IN TWO WEEKS. THESE THIEVES WILL GET ARRESTED, ESPECIALLY SINCE THEYRE DIONG FRAUD, DRUGS IN THE STORE AND RUNNING A FAKE FRAUD COMPANY ONLINE. KARMA IS A BIG ONE AND 2014 WONT BE A PRETTY SIGHT FOR THESE PEOPLE. WARNING DO NOT UY PARTS OR GO TO THSI PLACE. ANY COMMENTS OR TO JOIN IN LAWSUIT. LET ME KNOW GOODLUCK COMPUTER WIZ! WE KNOW THE COMPANY IS SHUTTING DOWN BUT THE POLICE ARE ON THEM , JUST KEEP CALLING THE COPS IF THESE GUYS TAKE UR THINGS..
Edit 7/19/2013: Just received a call from Eric explaining the situation to me in detail. The part they ordered from sony in Japan arrived and it was the incorrect part. they are offering toship the machine to my new residence in Nashville for the inconvenience. Will update again once I receive the system. Thank you for the call Eric
Took in my Playstation because a repair guy from craiglist told me my power supply was bad. Eric replaced it right there quickly, and told me that wasn't the issue and that I would have to pay for them to diagnose it. They called me a few days later to tell me it was my GPU that was messed up and that they would have it fixed in 2 days. 4 days later I call to follow up and the guy told me "tomorrow". Tomorrow never came. It's been a month with me calling every few days after they say "tomorrow" with no resolution. Finally a different person answered the phone and he told me my part will arrive next week and it'll be fixed by next wednesday.
Eric was nice, but gave me attitude over the phone telling me, "It should be done by tomorrow but let me call YOU." If 3 days pass, and you say "tomorrow" what are we supposed to do? Stop beating around the bush and just say the truth; that you had to order the part and it's going to take up to a month.
The service and the respect I recieved was wonderful im a little on the igorant side when it comes to computers I always let the pros handle the hard stuff just like if I went to a doctors office. My laptop I recieved back today works wonderful no complaints at all everything went according to my request. They put the virus protection in and installed the office word program. I've been a customer for 2 or 3 years now I always bring them my kids laptops or their game systems, their iphones that my kids always drop. I am not a rich guy and my buget is really limited and they work with everyone on the price I promise you , you'll never find a company so understanding towards their customers. By the why im sorry to hear about the death of one of your really good techs "no names" but he was a real good guy RIP, miami has crazy drivers stay focused.
Super duper great service had them fix my ps3 they promised they could have it ready in 1 hour and they had it ready in 30 minutes. The place was great and they did a really good job.
I guess like every company they have there ups and downs, zcomputerwiz is a good company to do business with I brought them my ipad tablet to get the screen fixed they had it ready in 15 mins. One tip the company should work on is stocking more of these tablet parts because the one they had for me was there last one and a customer came in after me needing one well other than that they did a fine job.
Do not come here under any circumstances. Their incompetence is only matched by their lack of integrity. Supposed to take 30 minutes, took 3 days....lied about how long it would take...lied about where he had to get the part...lied about his credit card machine being broken....would not refund money in spite of broken promises. Handed back an iphone to us in 20 pieces. They then lied after 3 days that their credit card machine was broken (and yes we saw him unplug it). We had to call the police to get the phone back because they would not give it to us. The police said they are called here all the time. Repeat...do not come here....ever. Darren, the Manager is probably one of the most loathsome people you will ever meet...beware. The one gratifying moment was when a customer walked out and said he would soon lose the $20 he paid for the "diagnosis" then have these incompetant fools fix his ipod! It is a matter of time before these people disappear...i feel bad for those who hand their electronics there the day that happens! I have texts with Darrens lies that I am happy to share with anyone including one that says "i swear on my life that your iphone will be ready by 12". Well it wasn't. Again DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my laptop fixed for the fbi virus called them before coming in they gave me an estimate of 45 dollars they had it ready in 1 hour the service was good I thought I was taking chance using them by the negative reviews but the people that work their keep their word and try there best
I will never conduct business with this organization ever again. I took my Xbox in April to be fixed and I told the person not to do any repairs until they called me to let me know what is wrong with the Xbox. Well they went and repaired it anyways and called me to let me know it was fixed. Then two weeks later the same issue occurred. Took the Xbox back again and bam almost 2 months later I get my Xbox. Bring it home and I could not believe I was charged again for warranty work and the original issue with my Xbox is occurring. Do not waste your time with this organization. In the future when someone breaks I will go out and buy a new one, I am not dealing with anymore mom and pops stores to try to fix something they do and will not do properly.
