Shady, apathetic, and RUDE staff – Very rude staff members and shady business practices! I am shocked at what I just experienced at this location. I purchased two Magic Jacks at this location yesterday only to find when I got home that they were both used and still registered under other people's names. What a waste of my time and what a violation of the previous customer's privacy. Not just one Magic Jack, but BOTH, revealed another person's home address and email on my screen. Once it has been registered under someone else's name it is impossible to re-register under your own so I had to return the items today. At the very least, I was hoping someone could explain to me why they think it's okay to sell used, useless items as if they were new. Instead I got Joe talking over me, full of attitude, and unwilling to apologize or provide an explanation. The assistant manager on duty, Kareen, just told me that she was subbing today and this was not her home store. I had to ask her twice if she was going to allow her subordinate to be so shamelessly rude to a customer. I got my refund but left in shock at the way I was treated. I advise that you avoid this store at all costs. Best Buy is just down the street. Don't waste your time and money at this shady place. But if you do see Joe, remind him that he works in customer service.
When it comes to selection, the Kmart of electronics carries practically every tech goody under the sun. – In Short
While the name dates back to the invention of the radio at the turn of the 20th century, today the electronic store offers a myriad of modern technological finds. With equipment ranging from the latest crop of cell phones, digital cameras, batteries, and various accessories for the home, car and office, the store can outfit even the most electronically-challenged shopper. The sales associates are dedicated, knowledgeable and quick to assist and answer any questions. And yes, you can still buy a radio there, too.
