Unprofessional.
Delivered a very leaning 2 tier cake to my parent's 50th annivarsary reception. Randy, at the bakery, blamed Hugo, the baker for putting too much filling in the cake. They won't return calls or answer e-mails asking for compensation for the embarassing cake.
Go elsewhere for your wedding cakes and baked goods!!
