Families have their large birthdays and parties here because it accommodated larger parties. Traditional Korean foods that are clean and fresh.

Royal family food – if you want to treat yourself or some significant others really well, this place is THE ONE! Service is the best and the food quality was great. They absolutely don't use MSG. Meat was very tender. Soup is really good. I brought my boyfriend for this birthday. The best services.

Sophisticated atmosphere, courteous service, delicious food – I booked this place on the recommendation of several friends for my daughter's first birthday party. My in-laws and I decided to try out this place tonight to get a feel for what the food and service would be like. Wow... that's pretty much what I said most of the night. Nothing new to me in terms of what they served, but the food tasted soooooo good and just... clean. Service was great and I love the private dining rooms for each group of people. Very elegant place, and very inviting. Can't wait to write another review after my daughter's party.

Koreatown restaurant specializes in formal dining and North Korean fare. – In Short
Not a typical casual K-town eatery, this upscale restaurant's miniature bridge leads to a formal waiting area. Waitresses donning traditional garb serve the silk-tapestried main room and polished private dining niches. Cuisine from the Kaesong area--milder than South Korean food--is featured. Servers mix julienned veggies and wrap them in rice crepes. Fermented kimchi is stuffed with pine nuts and daikon slices and complemented by noodles tossed with mushrooms and seaweed or hot mustard-jellyfish salad.

Yongsusan restaurant, LA, CA – The place is not what it used to be any more. The price range from $49.95 plus tip and tax per person, stratified to the lower scale is way too high for the food that they serve today under the listed menu. They do not serve exactly according to the described menu either. Much better food could be had, spreaded out all at one time, rather than dish by dish as they serve, at other restaurants in the vicinity. Curiosity seekers or big-price tag lovers may be attracted to the place, but food is definitely not worth the price, no matter what they claim as a North Korean specialty. Frankly I do not recommend this place to any one any more.

hands down, the best korean food! – Look no further; if you want a traditional Korean meal, this is the place. Here, you order your meal, like a MEAL. It's a course-meal, i.e., 3 course, 4 course meal, etc.

this place is clean; the food is delectable.

If you want a place where you can eat like the old kings of Korea, this is the place to go. You won't be smelling like the other korean bbq joints.

wonderful service – The nicest Korean restaurant in the city. Upscale, really wonderful food (order the set dinners, not a la carte to get the full experience) and professional service.
