PAID REVIEWS! – DonCosa and the microdot process has paid a marketing company to write reviews on their behalf so that their bad press would be eliminated, however, I find that disgusting and unethical. The owners of this company are money hungry DOGS!!! Stay away!
Do Your Homework – If any woman is experiencing a real hair problem and not just a minor bad hair day, Doncosa, the microdot replacement, is the place to go. I was a client of other companies who claim to do the microdot replacement and I found out the hard way that knock-off people can’t really help a situation that is thinning.
“I am a white woman who needs very silky hair, so why would I want Indian or anything else that is not what my hair origin is. Also, why would anyone want scraps of hair on their head?” as this comment posted states.
Lesson learned; you always get what you pay for. You go to a place that is cheap and you’ll get cheap hair. Again, investigate your options and go for consultations and you make your decisions that way. For me, I found my fit with Doncosa and so far I’m happy.
Extremely unhappy Doncosa customer – very unhappy with the service and lack of customer service. they are very rude. i will never do business with them again.
Don Cosa Micro Dot are cruel people who take advantage of people! – I will just say that I would pay anything for my hair. However, Don Cosa does not let on that after the initial visit, you are tied to their process, having to go back for replacements every couple of weeks..since as your hair grows, the hair is replaced..costing us thousands of dollars and a great deal of time for our weekly visits. After having the micro-dots applied, everyone at work noticed, and I heard several comments about how they all knew I now had lost my hair. It did not look natural. It is almost impossible to keep the hair from matting, and you can never really keep it clean since there are these knots in your head. Needless to say my scalp was in such pain, and I had to have medical attention since it was so raw. You are constantly itching your head, which they say is part of the process. Bottom line, looks bad, feels bad, and way overpriced. I believe Don Cosa takes advantage of people with disabilities!
Very Happy at Don Cosa`s – I have been a client at Don Cosa Images for about 5 years now and very pleased with the outcome. The Microdot process is a secure method of attaching hair to your thinning area and mixing with whatever hair that you have left. None of my friends know that this is not my real hair.
STAY AWAY!!!!! – Please stay away from this place!!!! It is a complete rip off and a waste of your time and money!!! Please learn from my mistake. I wish I had some one who could have warned a head of time about this place. :-(
